That's the 15th play-off touchdown pass from Patrick Mahomes to Travis Kelce - which moves them level at the top of the all-time list alongside Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowski.

The pair are three ahead of the legendary 49ers duo of Joe Montana and Jerry Rice.

Touchdown - Chiefs!published at 00:45 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

Kansas City Chiefs 13-10 Buffalo Bills

Massive busted coverage in the Bills secondary and Patrick Mahomes has the easiest task to find Travis Kelce for a 22-yard touchdown.

It his first TD catches in eight games and what a time to get back into the end zone.

Cut to Taylor...no, hang on, that's a bare chested Jason Kelce the cameras are on as he celebrates his brother's touchdown!

  7. Big runpublished at 00:43 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

Kansas City Chiefs 6-10 Buffalo Bills

Isiah Pacheco is banged up a bit so Clyde Edwards-Helaire comes in and immediately breaks out for a huge 28-yard carry!

The Chiefs are up near the red zone now.

Kansas City Chiefs 6-10 Buffalo Bills

Some huge injury worries for the Chiefs on defence with Mike Edwards already ruled out, Willie Gay in the locker room and Trent McDuffie getting treatment on the sideline.

They're three of Kansas City's big defensive stars that they're missing right now.

  10. field goal

Field goal - Chiefspublished at 00:32 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

Kansas City Chiefs 6-10 Buffalo Bills

With that miss from Mahomes, the Chiefs have to settle for a second Harrison Butker field goal to at least reduce the deficit - but with two trips to the red zone but no touchdown that will frustrate Andy Reid.

  11. Ball's out!published at 00:29 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

Kansas City Chiefs 3-10 Buffalo Bills

Mecole Hardman gets the hand-off on a tricky play in the red zone, but he's hammered and ball pops up - luckily for the Chiefs they recover.

Mahomes then overthrows Marquez Valdes-Scantling at the back of the end zone, as he did earlier with Travis Kelce, and he'll be frustrated by those as the chances were there.

  12. Big Kelce catchpublished at 00:26 Greenwich Mean Time 22 January

Kansas City Chiefs 3-10 Buffalo Bills

Travis Kelce escapes downfield for one of his trademark catch and runs - this tome for 29 yards, and just like Buffalo these big plays are all possible because the Chiefs have shown they can run.

Cut to Taylor Swift as standard on the TV coverage, but some Bills fans aren't too impressed. I think this is an insult?

Funny old game - we've got two of the best QBs in the business on the field yet the two key players seems to be the running backs!

Isiah Pacheco is following in James Cook's footsteps with a couple of nice runs to start this crucial drive for KC.

Mahomes needs to spend some time on the field, the Chiefs defence needs to spend some time on it - oh and Josh Allen looks unstoppable so points are needed.

Kansas City Chiefs 3-10 Buffalo Bills

Just too easy for Josh Allen who just looks like he's out for an evening jog as he skips into the end zone for a five-yard touchdown.

That's 17 rushing TDs this season for Allen, and not too many have been as easy as that one - which caps an 11-play drive of 75 yards.

It's all gone almost perfectly for Buffalo so far, who look dominant on offence, and that will be a big worry for Kansas City.
