The pace of McLaren has been on show all weekend and as Oscar Piastri and Charles Leclerc reach Turn One, it's easy pickings for the Australian to take second place away from the Ferrari.
Yuki Tsunoda steps aside and lets Charles Leclerc and Oscar Piastri through. The Australian is told there is going to be a lot of traffic in the coming laps as he gears up for an attack on the Ferrari of Leclerc.
Ollie Bearman needs some assistance from the pit wall. "Guys, this car is broken. No grip at all," says the Briton. He's dropping down the order and heading to the pits.
Max Verstappen comes in to change tyres again and is out in ninth on the hard compound.
Lando Norris is clearing backmarkers as he leads this Hungarian Grand Prix. Alex Albon's Williams is passed, now it's Oliver Bearman's Haas on the chopping block.
Polesitter Charles Leclerc is sandwiched between the McLarens now in second but he dips a wheel on to the grass in a nervy moment. George Russell is in third and is picking up some pace on his new hard tyres.

McLaren complete a rapid stop for Oscar Piastri and the Australian is back out on track in third place. Lando Norris takes control of this race on his 15-lap old hard tyres, with Charles Leclerc 7.2 seconds behind in second.

This long old stint is over for Lewis Hamilton and his hard tyres make way for fresh mediums. George Russell has also made a second stop and comes out in fourth place.
Max Verstappen is being told leaving him out may be his best option now after the likes of Gabriel Bortoleto finally make a stop. It'll be difficult, says the Dutchman, as these hard tyres are getting on a bit now.
