Why does nobody like VAR…. Oh I wonder why surely it can’t be the eternity it takes to come to a decision

  3. 'VAR needs to cut out these silly incidents'published at 14:40 British Summer Time 6 April

    Tottenham 1-0 Southampton

    Stephen Kelly
Former Tottenham defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

It's ridiculous. VAR should be better and cut out these silly incidents.

I'd love to see a countdown clock where they have 30 seconds and then the decision stands.

No VAR check should take that long.

No wonder the home fans are unhappy.

Ange Postecoglou has managed to keep his cool but that took almost five minutes.

  7. 'You don't see strikers do that to van Dijk'published at 14:39 British Summer Time 6 April

    Fulham 3-1 Liverpool

    Clinton Morrison
Former Republic of Ireland striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Virgil van Dijk is moaning but it's because he has been done by a brilliant piece of skill from Rodrigo Muniz. What a piece of skill. And then it's a great finish through Caiomhin Kelleher's legs. You don't see strikers do that to Virgil van Dijk.

  10. goal

GOAL - Fulham 3-1 Liverpoolpublished at 14:37 British Summer Time 6 April

    Rodrigo Muniz

The runaway Premier League leaders have fallen to pieces!

An outstanding piece of skill by Rodrigo Muniz who is full of flicks and tricks. His latest trickery on the edge of Liverpool's box completely splits the Liverpool defence and the Brazilian produces a very tidy finish past Caoimhín Kelleher.

  12. 'It is what Fulham deserve'published at 14:36 British Summer Time 6 April

    Fulham 2-1 Liverpool

    Clinton Morrison
Former Republic of Ireland striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

It is a terrible square pass from Andy Robertson. He tries to play a diagonal to Curtis Jones and Fulham cut it out. Once it comes to Alex Iwobi he is a bit fortunate, the shot takes a big deflection off Robertson. It is what Fulham deserve.

  13. Postpublished at 14:36 British Summer Time 6 April

    Tottenham 2-0 Southampton

They're still checking this goal and the home fans are understandably getting restless.

  14. Postpublished at 14:35 British Summer Time 6 April

    Fulham 2-1 Liverpool

They might be on the brink of the title but Liverpool's defending has been relegation-like at Craven Cottage.

However, there is a VAR check in place for a possible offside.

  16. goal

    Lucas Bergvall (33 mins)

    His first Premier League goal!

Pedro takes a Spurs free-kick after he was fouled by Mateus Fernandes.

Cristian Romero heads it down into the danger area and Bergvall instinctively stabs it home.

GOAL - Fulham 2-1 Liverpoolpublished at 14:32 British Summer Time 6 April

    Alex Iwobi

    Oh hello!

This is a cracker and Fulham have turned it around thanks to more really poor Liverpool defending.

This time it's Andy Robertson whose pass falls to Alex Iwobi in a dangerous position. Iwobi still has work to do but beats Caoimhín Kelleher with a deflected finish.

  20. 'Real problem for Liverpool on right hand side'published at 14:31 British Summer Time 6 April

    Fulham 1-1 Liverpool

    Clinton Morrison
Former Republic of Ireland striker on BBC Radio 5 Live

Liverpool have a problem on the right hand side with a lot of two on ones between Alex Iwobi and Antonee Robinson up against Curtis Jones.

Mohamed Salah does not want to run back and track Robinson but it is becoming a real problem, he has to help out or if not Ryan Gravenberch has to.
