Hopefully Swanny's caught his bus OK. Now let's see how Afghanistan get on in pursuit of Scotland's 210 all out.

"I'm having a throwback day to when I was 20. Have left passport at check in, jacket at security and phone at hotel. Just need to miss the bus."
Giles Perryman in Hobart: "Personally I think Hamid Hassan's got more of the look of Charlie Sheen in Hot Shots part deux.

"Afghanistan lingered on the pitch for an end-of-innings huddle. They will be happy to have bowled Scotland out for 210, but will perhaps wonder if it could have been a smaller chase. As for the Scots, they marched off the University Oval. Their lunch will taste better than it might have done. We've got a game."
Scotland 210 all out from 50 overs (Afghanistan won toss)
Not out batsman: Wardlaw 1
Fall of wickets: 7-1 (MacLeod 0), 38-2 Gardiner 5), 40-3 (Coetzer 25), 93-4 (Machan 31), 95-5 (Mommsen 23), 132-6 (Cross 15), 134-7 (Evans 1), 144-8 (Berrington 25), 206-9 (Haq 31), 210-10 (Evans 28)

"Lots of batsmen got starts but none went on to make a big score. That gallant partnership between Haq and Evans may be significant because once you get over 200 you may not be favourites but you have a chance.
"Afghanistan's bowlers looked strong again. It's a disappointment to Scotland but Afghanistan will know they have a bit of work to do and have a certain amount of pressure on them as they target a first World Cup win.
"Early wickets and pressure could make things difficult, but it's an under-par score."
David in Spain: "Great bowling in Lincoln by Cross & Grundy (see 01:10), two relative newcomers to the side. Now let's see if our batters can finish the job."
Afghanistan bowler Hamid Hassan: "We're happy. It's better to be patient because if you stick around it gets easier and you can score runs later on. Hopefully we can chase the target."
There we have it then. Scotland complete their 50 overs and have set Afghanistan 211 to win.
Another wicket for Shapoor, who finishes with a four-for as Nabi takes an excellent catch in the covers. A gutsy knock from Alasdair Evans ends in the final ball of the innings.
A sensible and calculated 51-ball knock comes to an end when the left-hander slices high into the off side and Naib takes an excellent diving catch just outside the circle.
Scotland reach that magical figure of 200 when Alasdair Evans flays a full toss from Naib over extra cover for four. Two more come with a firm push into the off side and some aggressive running, then four leg byes run down to fine leg. Is this a match-winning partnership? One over to go.
Andrew Samson
BBC Test Match Special statistician
"Scotland have now made their highest score in World Cup matches. Their previous best was 186-8 v South Africa at Basseterre in 2007.
"The only other teams that have not reached 200 in a World Cup match are East Africa (best of 128) and Bermuda (best of 156) and they only played three games each."
Afghanistan's fielding has been woeful at times. They spurn another run-out opportunity when a shy at the stumps fails to connect with the target. Majid Haq takes Scotland to their highest ever World Cup total by flicking Shapoor for two into the leg side. A beamer is then hit for four so, coupled with the no-ball, that's another five added to the score. Throw in another four, which brings up the 50 partnership of 72 balls, and Scotland are motoring.
From looking like a simple run-chase for Afghanistan, this partnership has given Scotland a real chance of victory. Hamid Hassan keeps things tight in his final over, sending down five dots and conceding just a single. Another excellent display from Rambo.
Henry Clarson 45:, external After the magic of IRE v UAE, I fear Scotland are now making the case for the ICC to reduce the World Cup to at least 13 teams.
There are some strange sights in the crowd today. One lady is dressed as a car tyre, there's a bloke wearing a sports shoe fancy dress outfit and then somebody else looking like a television. It seems to be something to do with sponsors. Nabi races through his final over, which goes for two runs.

"It's important how you go in at lunch. It can raise spirits and give a glimmer of hope. Half an hour ago we thought Scotland might all be out for 150 but now they could get 200 plus if they have a good last five overs."
Afghanistan miss the chance of a run-out and then the ball runs for four overthrows. These are bonus runs for Scotland, which are being accrued just by batting out their overs. Eight from the over.

"One of the great PA announcements. 'If you're parked at Logan Park High School, please move your car, otherwise it will be towed'. Queue exodus of people worried their wheel won't be there for much longer."
