    Braithwaite c Najib b Nabi 13 (WI 114-8)

This is really going to happen now isn't it? Afghanistan are so close to a massive win. Brilliant tumbling catch from Najib to claim another big, soaring heave from the danger man Braithwaite. Fletcher is back to bat.

    WI (114-7)

Carlos Braithwaite with another heaving, glorious six into the stands. Some Afghanistan players put their hands to their heads.

One off the last ball of the over from Mr Braithwaite to keep himself on strike.

West Indies need 10 runs off the final six balls to win it. We still haven't seen a super over this tournament...

"Sammy was reaching for it, standing outside leg stump. It's a big wicket because he's such a powerful player."

    Sammy c Sami b Gulbadin 6 (WI 107-7)

Here we go then... Sammy looks to bring it further, launches one deep but not quite deep enough into the outfield as Sami takes a canny catch under pressure.

    Badree the next man in...

  12. 6 runs

    WI 106-6

Big, big, big from Carlos Braithwaite. Bang! straight out of the middle of the bat and into the stands. That takes it down... 18 runs off 10 balls to win it...

Robert Wolf Petersen: Love to see Afg win this, but want Windies to top 101. Eng already psychologically ready to play NZ, and familiar with Delhi.

    India 75-4 (15 overs) v West Indies - target 115

Smriti Mandhana hits the first six of the game - but is then bowled next over for 22. India need 40 from 30 balls to win.

  15. WI 99-6 (124 to win)published at 18 overs

The required run-rate pushes just over 11 as Carlos Braithwaite comes to the crease. He can hit them hard, but this is going to have to be a pretty stellar last two overs to claim it...

25 runs required from 12 balls. Are we starting to back the underdogs out there?

"Sammy settled for one. I don't know where Russell was going. A good, accurate throw from Shahzad. There was never two there."

  17. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 17.3 overs

    Russell run out Shahzad 7 (98-5 )

And another one! They really could do this, Afghanistan...

Andre Russell is the man to go, looking for a quick second with Darren Sammy saying no down the other end. This was supposed to be the over when they went for it, West Indies...

  18. WI 95-5 (124 to win)published at 17 overs

Captain Darren Sammy is the man in next. Hamid pitches a no ball, baseball-style, up to Andre Russell.

That's Hamid's second in the match above waist height and he's been pulled by the umpire. Free hit for Sammy, no more from Hamid today. Gulbadin the replacement and for a moment it looks to be heading for four but is brilliantly stopped by Shahzad.

Big appeals on the next one, squirting through Sammy's legs, Shahzad almost reprising his crotch-heavy dance routine, but it's a no from the man in charge.

Ramdin st Shahzad b Rashid 18 (WI 89-5)

So West Indies need 101 to finish above England and top the group. 124 to win this and make it four wins from four in the group stage.

Afghanistan have been chasing down every ball and get their reward with this stumping - Ramdin swings, misses, and walks.

As Shahzad breaks into a victory dance (heavy on the crotch movement), which way is this one turning? A famous win for Afghanistan?
