Ian Bishop
Former West Indies pace bowler
"Everything Sammy touches turns to gold. It's fortuitous but nevertheless. Bowled Russel, caught Sammy/Samuels."
Nabi c Samuels b Russell 9 (Afg 90-6)
Oh, that's superb! Nabi strikes one firmly at cover, Darren Sammy dives brilliantly to get his hand to it, and the ball loops to Marlon Samuels who catches it. West Indies have been outstanding in the field.
Ian Bishop
Former West Indies pace bowler
"West Indies love batting second in chase of a target, but perhaps having won the toss they could have had a bat first, just to get some practice in case they need to do something different in the semi-finals."
The Afghan batsmen are looking for big shots but the West Indies fielders are cunningly positioned on the boundary and they're quick. They reduce the damage from the rest of Sammy's over.
Afghanistan looking to get a wriggle on now. Darren Sammy's medium pace is hittable and Najib tonks him over long-off for a big six.
Pommie Mbangwa
Former Zimbabwe fast bowler
"A wonderful shot but it's been all West Indies up to this point. Afghanistan have not been able to go at the rate they have would liked."
Brathwaite, along with Russell, has been West Indies' least economical bowler so far in the tournament, and when he drops short, Nabi pulls him brutally for four. Is that the signal for Afghanistan to drop the hammer?

What do Afghanistan aim for here? 110? 120? They don't seem to be in any hurry to get up to even those modest heights, content to knock Bravo around for ones and twos.
West Indies 23-2 (6 overs) v India
Not a good start for the Windies in the women's game - they've already lost teenager Hayley Matthews for six and the recalled Kyshona Knight for a duck. Left-arm spinner Ekta Bisht, who took four wickets against England, has conceded just six runs from three overs.

We were discussing that very question in the office, Max. It's a brave man who says they'd rather play the Kiwis, given their excellent form so far, but they are perhaps a less imposing adversary than the Aussies, or India on home soil. And that match would be at Delhi, where England have played their last two matches...
Russell has made a miraculous recovery, and Najib picks up a much-needed boundary, tickling him fine for four.

Max: Wouldn't England rather finish second and play New Zealand, who they beat in a warm up, than first and either India or Australia.
Afghanistan do at least bat relatively deep - number seven Mohammad Nabi is no slouch. But he's got a huge salvage job on his hands here. West Indies doing a very fine job here.
Gulbadin c Bravo b Sammy 8 (Afg 56-5)
Time for skipper Darren Sammy to have his first bowl of the tournament, and he strikes almost immediately. Clever slower ball, slogged miles up in the air, well pouched on the fence by Bravo. Afghanistan shattering like a chocolate Easter egg dropped from a great height.
Najib Zadran is the new man and he gets off the mark with a single.
Ramiz Raja
Former Pakistan captain
"You have to look at how well this was cupped by Darren Sammy in the slips. He took it with soft hands. Very relaxed. He had to move very quickly but it all happened in slow motion.
"There were signs of talent with Shahzad but it's not working for Afghanistan with the bat."
Shenwari c Sammy b Benn 1 (Afg 52-4)
West Indies all over Afghanistan like a rash. Shenwari the latest batsman to fail this trial by spin, edging a turning Benn delivery, whereupon Darren Sammy's huge hands open like a crocodile's jaw to swallow the ball. Lovely catch.
West Indies 8-0 (2 overs) v India
An early blow for West Indies - captain and opener Stafanie Taylor has been hit on the knee by a throw in to the stumps. She's been down having treatment for a while, but looks OK to resume.
