Top work there Tom. Anybody out there top that?

Perhaps more importantly, anybody else carry stock cubes on their person?

So 124to win for West Indies. There's no Chris Gayle today, he's off bossing another part of the universe altogether, but the smart money's on Darren Sammy's side knocking this off rather smoothly.

Thanks James. I'd better get my excuses in early, as to my left I've got a man who carries a stock cube in his glasses case, to my right one person going on about Sia Chandelier (nor me) and another who once took a hit from a starting pistol...

An international debut for Evin Lewis, 24, who made his first class debut for Trinidad & Tobago in March 2012 and is a left-handed opening batsman. He was called up to the West Indies' World Twenty20 squad as a replacement for the injured Lendl Simmons.

"Can Afghanistan's canny spinners cause problems later in this contest?

  8. Player reactionpublished at 12:04 British Summer Time 27 March 2016

West Indies spin bowler Sulieman Benn: "We have momentum and we continued that. The pitch is a bit better than the South Africa game.

"I'm happy with the way the ball is coming out, I just have to turn up and do my job.

"I see myself as an attacking bowler, so prefer bowling the middle overs.

"I'm hoping it's a comfortable chase, not like the other night."

    Russel Arnold
    Former Sri Lanka all-rounder

"The Windies will be happy. Afghanistan have got one run more than South Africa did against them. The spirit they have shows they are not going away. They will keep coming back and keep getting better and better."

  10. Postpublished at 12:01 British Summer Time 27 March 2016

Well, West Indies will be happy with that, you'd say. But Nagpur hasn't been an easy ground to chase on - we've already seen New Zealand defend 126 against India and South Africa almost defend 122 against West Indies here. This match isn't over...

  12. Afg 123-7published at 20 overs

That's lovely from Najib, he's finishing really strongly here. Backing away, making room and driving Bravo through the covers for four. A single off the last gets Afghanistan up to 123.

  13. Afg 118-7published at 19.3 overs

Outrageous from Najib! Full toss and he gets down and reverse sweeps it on the full, connecting beautifully with a perfect wristy flourish. A very good save from Evin Lewis prevents another four on the leg side...

"West Indies need to get comfortably above that 100 mark to be competitive today. I think we were hoping for a bit more crash-bang-wallop."

    Afg 112-7published at 19 overs

Hello there! Rashid Khan is batting at nine but that's a fine stroke, shimmying down the track and belting Russell over the top. 120 might be on the cards after all...

"That's an amazing catch. How easily did he pick that up? He had to wait a long time, but he was so confident under that. Even in these warm, warm conditions, it came down with ice."

    WICKETpublished at 18.1 overs

    Shafiqullah c Fletcher b Russell 4 (Afg 103-7)

Afghanistan looking for crucial runs in these last two overs, but that's not a good start. Slogged miles up in the air by Shafiqullah but Andre Fletcher makes it look so easy, getting himself in exactly the right position and taking the catch.

  18. Afg 103-6 (run rate 5.72)published at 18 overs

Bravo is back and Najib gets lucky, connecting streakily with a wild swing and collecting four through third man. Strong running turns it into a good over for Afghanistan, 10 from it.
