Just to say that we are loving your little slice of home from Lake Naivasha in Kenya and polishing off a cold beer. The giraffes and zebra seem to be of similar mindset and both are thoroughly enjoying this Test match and your commentary. Who can blame them?

Bonus. Stuart Broad is off the mark with a lovely sweep shot that sends short leg into emergency mode and the ball skipping away to the boundary.
Five overs left in the day.

England will want to make sure they have enough runs on the board to use two new balls - and also that the old ball reverses like it did for Ben Stokes.

Stuart Broad looks to pick up where Adil Rashid left off. He flat bats Kamrul to see off another over.

Umpire Kumar Dharmasena is the first umpire to have six decisions overturned in a Test, and it's the first time nine have been overturned in a match.

Shakib has five-for but is kept out by Stuart Broad, who has joined Woakes in the middle.
The floodlights are on and we are now in added time with seven overs to play.

The rest of the commentary box seems quite confident about England's position, but I'm not too sure.

Talk about judging a review... Shakib seemed completely convinced. It was a tough call by the skipper but, at this late stage, it gives them hope that they can keep England under 300.
Rashid lbw Shakib 9 (Eng 213-8)
Hmm. I'm not sure about that. There is a spike on Ultraedge but the bat and pad are together. I'm not sure you can differentiate between the two enough to say it was definitely pad first. However, once that call has been made in favour of pad, the reverse has to be made as the ball was going on to middle stump.
Eng 213-7
It has been a while. Might as well go upstairs again. Shakib's ball is full and Rashid gets a big stride in to play with a mixture of bat and pad. It doesn't scream out.

England's treatment of this Kamrul over speaks to a 'we'll keep what we've got' mentality. Just the two runs off it but from nothing flashy, nothing too risky. End the day seven down? That'll do.

Time is not a factor for England. They will think they might have enough already, but if they get 300 that could be loads. It's up to Bangladesh to bowl England out.

This heat really does sap your energy and it's an art for the players to make sure they recover properly by replenishing themselves with food, drink and rest.

Shakib is feeling the effects of a long day of cricket now. He drops short again and is swatted to the rope by Rashid.

I wonder what Bangladesh will do with their seamers going forward. Shafiul has been steady and is useful but you look at what the England seamers managed to do, especially Stokes.

The wicket is now totally covered by the shadow of the scoreboard as Kamrul charges in and whips his way through another over. Woakes gets a lucky, streaky four off an inside edge that flashes past the stumps.

A wise call from Stokes on the review. He was plum. Adil Rashid joins Woakes. Three men around him on the off side. The Yorkshireman is helped off the mark with a short ball that he hammers away for four. That was a tired ball.
11 overs left today. If England decide to have a dart here they could really grind Bangladesh's hopes into the dirt.

It gives you an insight into Ben Stokes' character. Many players would have asked for the review in that position but he sensed he was plumb and walked off.
