England captain Eoin Morgan, speaking to Sky Sports: "I’m not sure about the surface, there’s a lot more grass than I expected. Pitches don’t always play as they look.
"Alex Hales comes in for Sam Billings today. Hales has been a big part of our success over the last few months.
"We’ve been a bit unlucky with injuries over the last few months but I’ve been impressed with how we’re playing and the momentum we’re building. Three wins to nil would sound nice at the end of the series."
West Indies captain Jason Holder, speaking to Sky Sports: "We’re going to field first, the grass gets better as it goes on. There’s a bit more grass than I expected and hopefully we can get some wickets.
"It’s one more chance for us to entertain the public and crucial points are also on offer looking ahead to World Cup qualification."

That's tough on Sam Billings; he scored 52 in the first ODI but followed that up with a first-ball duck during the second match in Antigua.
Shannon Gabriel is still missing for the West Indies, after picking up a side strain midway through the second ODI. He's been replaced by Alzarri Joseph.
The West Indies captain wants to make the most of the early conditions. There's a fair sprinkling of grass on the wicket.
Right, here's the toss - Jason Holder flicks the coin, and calls correctly.
They'll field first.
West Indies v England
The statistics make grim reading for the West Indies:
They've had moments in this series where they've sparkled, but they've never quite been able to wrestle home their advantage.
West Indies v England
Clean sweep, anyone?
England can make it 3-0 today with another victory over the West Indies - they've already won 11 of their last 12 completed ODIs against the side.
