    No injury concerns for England then - unlike myself.

    I managed to split the webbing between my thumb and index finger playing cricket last night.

    Shout out to Wythenshawe Hospital A&E - three stitches and a dressing later and I'm fine to type away today.

    For the record, I took the catch. But we lost the game. Swings and roundabouts.

    A couple of key returns in this Test - first up, the red Dukes ball - happy to see it back?

    Chris Woakes is also back for England after his side strain injury.

    I'm sure most England fans are glad to see the Warwickshire all-rounder return before the Ashes to bolster both the bowling and batting.

    It's a shame for Toby Roland-Jones to be the man to miss out but the Middlesex seamer has surely done more than enough this summer to put himself in the reckoning for a trip down under.

    Who's ready for some Test cricket? Swell.

    Welcome to day one at Headingley for the second Test between England and West Indies.

    The first Test? It wasn't pretty. The visitors were decimated by an innings and 209 runs in the day-night match at Edgbaston.

    Still, credit to England too - they'll be looking to seal the series here on Joe Root's first Test as captain on his home ground.
