That was an eventful over!
England lose all 10 wickets in afternoon session; bowled out for 161
Third time in two years England have lost all 10 wickets in a session
That didn't happen once in previous 78 years (1938-2016)
Five wickets for Pandya & five catches for debutant keeper Pant
Earlier, India fell from overnight 307-6 to 329 all out (Kohli 97, Anderson 3-64)
England lead five-match series 2-0

Thrilling counter-attack from Buttler against Shami, a four down the ground followed by a mighty hook for six that is dropped in the crowd, then another smite for four. But Jimmy will now be on strike, the crowd cheering his name as motivation for him.
Eng 130-9
Huge cheers from the crowd and it's because England have avoided the follow-on. Predictably for this crazy session it came in unorthodox fashion with a leading edge from Buttler that looped just over the fielder at cover.

This is Hardik Pandya's first five-for in Test cricket.

Well Jimmy might have thought he could have had his feet up this afternoon but here is out in the middle. Still two needed to avoid the follow-on. Pandya has taken 4-8 in 11 balls.

That is the plumbest lbw. You cannot review that. Stuart just go.
Broad lbw b Pandya 0 (Eng 128-9)
Not much doubt about that. Broad did ask Buttler about a review but it was knocking all three out. A beautiful inswinger and it was hitting the middle of middle stump. Five for Pandya and he proudly raises the ball to the crowd.

Three slips and a leg slip but no hat-trick for Pandya. It was full and straight but Broad got behind it and kept it out.

England really are in a mess now.
Rashid c Pant b Pandya 5 (Eng 128-8)
The eighth England wicket falls and it is a fifth catch for the diving Pant, leaping in front of first slip. Another nice away swinger, a defensive prod and a neat catch. It will be a hat-trick chance for Pandya, who ousted Woakes with the last ball of his previous over.

Rashid is the new man and a bouncer from Shami whistles past his nose, surprisingly measured at only 80mph. Both batsmen collect boundaries but the follow on target has not been reached yet!

That was a strange review. For a second, Woakes looked like he would walk off.

What an astonishing collapse. England have subsided here.
A fourth catch for debutant Pant and Pandya has 3-24. From 54-0 it is 118-7.
Woakes c Pant b Pandya 8 (Eng 118-7)
In fact it was straight off the top edge and an eventful innings from Woakes comes to an early end.
But it could be all over. Woakes has been given out caught behind off the glove down the leg side. But he has reviewed it. Let's find out.

England are 2-0 up in the series, but in their past three innings they have been 87-7, 131-5 and now 110-6.
Now then Chris Woakes, 137 not out in the last game, but his team haven't made that many in this innings yet. He's up for the challenge and drives inviting away-swingers from Pandya for consecutive boundaries as the sun breaks through again. What a start.
