  1. Ire 185-9published at 41 overs

    Plunkett 7-0-35-4

Boyd Rankin throws the kitchen sink at this latest Liam Plunkett delivery, and he misses it by a yard.

Plunkett's going to have to bowl this one again as he slides a wide past Rankin, and Rankin gets off the mark with a firm push into the off-side.

Bang! Bang! Liam Plunkett is on a hat-trick!

A wonderful reply to the discussions over whether he could be the man to lose his World Cup spot to Jofra Archer.

  5. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 40.2 overs

    Dockrell c Morgan b Plunkett 24 (Ire 183-9)

Two in two for Liam Plunkett!

This is not a good ball from Plunkett and it's an even worse shot from George Dockrell. It's short, wide, and Dockrell carves it straight to Eoin Morgan at cover.

  7. wicket

    WICKETpublished at 40.1 overs

    Murtagh c Foakes b Plunkett 12 (Ire 183-8)

A good old-fashioned tailenders dismissal for Tim Murtagh.

He has a huge heave at Liam Plunkett's latest delivery and can only spear it high into the air. Ben Foakes runs backwards, steadies himself, and takes a simple catch.

Sam Galloway: A lot of praise for Archer and rightly so, but he has worse figures than Joe Denly in this game...

  10. Ire 183-7published at 40 overs

    Dockrell 24, Murtagh 12

Tim Murtagh and George Dockrell exchange a series of singles as Adil Rashid begins his final over, and there's a half-hearted appeal for a stumping from his final delivery.

That's Rashid's day done - he finishes with figures of 9-0-27-1.

I've never pulled off or even seen a stumping like Foakes did today.

It's good work from the keeper, though Balbirnie will be disappointed because he stayed for a long time. There is no set time a keeper can wait though.

  12. Ire 181-7published at 39 overs

Up and over from George Dockrell, whipping a fullish Plunkett delivery away for a single.

Tim Murtagh tries to do something similar, but he can't beat the fielder.

  13. Ire 178-7published at 38.2 overs

George Dockrell has a big swing and a miss at Liam Plunkett's next delivery.

Say it quietly, but it's starting to rain...

  14. Ire 178-7published at 38.1 overs

    Four!

George Dockrell greets Liam Plunkett with a hoick of a pull shot, dragging the ball down into the leg side and picking up a boundary.

  16. Ire 174-7published at 38 overs

    Rashid 8-0-24-1

Tim Murtagh almost runs himself out once again as he comes charging down the pitch and realises George Dockrell isn't coming.

He turns and throws himself back into the crease and Eoin Morgan's underarm shy from mid-off is awry. Murtagh ends the over with a play and a miss at Adil Rashid.

It's fantastic glovework from Ben Foakes again, even though it's not out. He's one of the best in the business.
