Two lovely shots from Heather Knight and it just shows that it only takes one boundary an over to keep that run-rate up.

A good start to the over for Marizanne Kapp but she loses her line towards the end, gifting Heather Knight some width to drive to the cover boundary.
Again, pressure released at a key moment.

It was a big old hack across the line but it was allowed to be. It will relieve that bit of pressure as well.
Shabnim Ismail releases the pressure on England, gifting a free hit via a front foot no-ball and Tammy Beaumont gratefully accepts by pumping the ball through mid-wicket for the first boundary of the day.

England were desperate for a good start today. They weren't asking for Wyatt to crash 70, 80, 100 - just a start.
It's the worst possible thing that could have happened, they've made the change at the top of the order, glorious conditions and Wyatt has failed. It was a powerful stroke, she hit it well but straight at the fielder.
Wyatt c Wolvaardt b Kapp (Eng 4-1)
An early breakthrough and what a catch it is!
Wyatt slashes at a wide-ish delivery from Kapp, absolutely crunches it but straight to Laura Wolvaardt at point who takes a juggling catch at the third attempt.
It was straight to her, but hit very, very hard. The Wyatt promotion doesn't work, and Marizanne Kapp lets out a roar in delight. She is pumped.
A slight error in judgement from the in-ground DJ, who blares some music just as Marizanne Kapp reaches her delivery stride and forces Danni Wyatt to back away.
Safe to say the bowler is not too amused.

As an opening batter it's never nice to be dropped out of the side or down the order. Danni Wyatt wants to open and she's got her opportunity.
The pitch looks flat and the outfield is very quick. It was a bold move to bowl first but England's record batting second is far superior to when they set a total, which could be an explanation for it.
A probing first over from Ismail, with a hint of away swing, goes for just two.
Shabnim Ismail, genuinely one of my favourite bowlers to watch, takes the first over for South Africa.
Tammy Beaumont guides the first ball out to the fielder on the cover boundary, and we're under way.
The anthems are done, South Africa's huddle is done and we're ready to go.
England with a new opening partnership - Danni Wyatt partnering Tammy Beaumont in place of Lauren Winfield-Hill. But they do open together in T20 cricket, so it won't be a total shock to them.
It's go time!

South Africa may be without their usual captain and star player Dane van Niekerk, but they are still a dangerous side - especially when they're on a winning run.
Their pace bowling attack in particular is exceptional, but an in-form Laura Wolvaardt is a real threat too.

England have been the only team to have one out and out spinner in their XI - and we've seen spin has been quite effective so in this World Cup so bringing in Charlie Dean is the right option. They've now got six bowling options plus Heather Knight.
It's worth emphasising that England are not out of things yet. But they have a lot of work to do.
And it was the manner in which they lost their second game to the West Indies that disappointed most. Dropped catches, poor shot selection and 23 wides - there's a lot they need to put right against South Africa today.

Jack Rule: What has Emma Lamb got to do to get a game? We have essentially shortened our batting line-up.
Call this work, Shemilt and Hartley?!

South Africa captain Sune Luus: “It’s a used wicket but it still looks pretty good so we’re going out there to try and make England set a target and then chase it down.
“It’s very encouraging that although we haven’t played our best cricket, we’ve still got wins on the board. I think it’s also very exciting because we know that exciting cricket is still coming.
“England are a very competitive side, we need to get the basics right and the team with the most runs win.”
