Oh, we are!
Well done everyone. Ben Stokes will bowl it.
(A reminder that the highlights have just started over on BBC Four - and you can watch it here)
Are we going to squeeze another over in?
Oh!
Jack Leach finds the edge of Kagiso Rabada's bat and it just evades the outstretched hand of Joe Root at slip.

I think Jack Leach is going to bowl. Which, well, it's a choice.

Kagiso Rabada flicks off his pads to end the over with a single.

It was a fine, free-flowing innings from Maharaj. South Africa were right to go for England in this final session because they've caused mayhem - these 50-odd runs could be critical.
Kagiso Rabada, not really a man to hang about, is the new batter for South Africa.

It was clothed really, to the nearer of the two mid-wickets. But it was a fine little knock from Maharaj and he's in danger of having taken the game away from England.
Maharaj c Potts b Stokes 41 (SA 282-6)
Keshav Maharaj's fun comes to an end.
He backs away and swings at another Ben Stokes short ball and ends up slapping it high to Matthew Potts, who takes a good catch at mid-wicket.

One option might have been that you keep it tight with scouts out in the knowledge that in the morning you've got a new ball and the scoreboard might read 220. It says 280 already.
Keshav Maharaj slaps a short ball from Ben Stokes into the air and it drifts temptingly over Stuart Broad at mid-on.
Poor James Anderson.
He has to come running around from point once again to field another back foot drive off Marco Jansen, who happily helps himself to the three runs on offer.
Sigh.

50 runs now in the last five overs.

Chris Mitchell: It’s been an ok effort by England’s bowlers today but yet again our inability to close out an innings & deal with the opposition’s tail will see us lose this Test. With SA set for a lead in excess of 150 it’s a good, if not impossible, game to win from here.
Another four for South Africa! This time it's Keshav Maharaj who punches James Anderson's latest delivery through point.
Oh, and he repeats the shot in fine fashion to end the over. This has been a fine counter-attack from Maharaj and Marco Jansen.

It looks a bit chaotic from an England perspective. They've run out of ideas or struck upon an idea that doesn't make much sense.

Stokes rather snatches his hat from the umpire, that was an ugly over.

A tired-looking over ends with another thumping, lofted drive of a four from Marco Jansen.
Stokes is, erm, not amused.

Hello!
Marco Jansen picks up a short ball, lofts it into the air, and manages to clear the fielder at fine leg and land in the stands.
That's the fifty partnership to boot.
