    Gloucestershire 140-4 - target 426

Into the last dozen overs of this evening at Bristol. 286 away.

What are you looking for if you're Gloucestershire here? 250ish to get on the final day with six wickets still in hand? That doesn't actually sound unreasonable.

The new ball won't be due for Durham until 34 overs have been bowled tomorrow morning... Durham are also likely to be without Paul Coughlin who limped off after bowling just three balls.

The pitch is the big question mark, however. How quickly will it deteriorate?

Tom Westley whips Lyndon James to mid-wicket for four from the penultimate ball of day three as Essex close with a lead of 55.

It has very much been a batter's day with Notts adding 116 to their overnight 326-5 - Matthew Montgomery finally out for 177.

Facing a deficit of 144, Essex lost Nick Browne for 27 after an opening stand of 62 with Alastair Cook.

But Cook (87) and Tom Westley (70) completed their second half-centuries of the game as Notts toiled without reward in the final session.

    Gloucestershire 127-4 - target 426

A second half-century of the match for the Aussie, who now has 42 of them in first-class cricket, after working Scott Borthwick's first ball away for a single.

68 added for this fifth wicket so far with James Bracey (33 not out) and the ask is now under 300 runs. Psychologically important yet?

    Sussex 481 v Glamorgan 123 & 499-5

Stumps are taken on what is now a glorious sunny evening. Time for a lovely walk along the seafront!

A tremendous third day fightback from Glamorgan as they have added 381 runs for the loss of only four wickets.

Marnus Labuschagne made an excellent 138 in his final innings before joining up with Australia, but that has been eclipsed by stand-in captain Kiran Carlson.

He ends 187 not out, four short of his highest score and he has put Glamorgan 141 runs ahead, a fine effort having started their second innings 358 behind.

All three results remain very possible tomorrow.

Worcestershire were bowled out for 83 in 21.1 overs in their first innings - but they have won this match!

Skipper Brett D'Oliveira just clears the fielder at point for the winning boundary as he finishes with 41 not out.

The key partnership, though, was 131 between Adam Hose and Gareth Roderick, who made 84 and 59 respectively.

It's Worcestershire's second win of the season and Leicestershire's first defeat.

Two to Brett D'Oliveira at the start of Chris Wright's over.

One big hit will end it now - and he steers the next for four to third man and the scores are level.

An inside edge by Adam Finch and it runs away fine for four.

Leicestershire need wickets - and fast.

That is the end of the over.

    A no-ball - Leicestershire can't afford those.

Wiaan Mulder will feel even worse now as Adam Finch flashes at the next and it flies over the slips for four.

    Just 15 needed now.

A loud appeal against Adam Finch. Not out says the umpire.

That was a bit painful for the Worcestershire batter - must have struck a fleshy bit.

    21 needed.

Wiaan Mulder finds the edge of Brett D'Oliveira's bat but it doesn't carry to slip.

The Worcestershire skipper drives through the covers and they run three to take the total to 250.

This is the 101st over of the innings.

One or two more wickets today and Sussex will be big favourites again.

Remember, Glamorgan have batted very well but they only lead by 117.
