Target 400
When it swings, it seems like it will either be edged or crashed for four (sometimes both at the same time). When it doesn't, it thunders into Singh's front pad. Plenty happening.

I'm not sure Mitchell Marsh could have done much more about that. It went so far past him. Singh has been beaten for pace so many times already, but he's managed to hit five fours.
Ned 26-0
Over the slips! Singh throws the bat and gets a thick edge off Starc, the ball flying over the outstretched left hand of the flying Mitch Marsh at second slip. Four more.
While this would be comfortably the biggest run-chase in a World Cup match by more than 50 runs, Netherlands do have recent history of big chases in ODI cricket.
In a eliminator qualifier for this World Cup against West Indies in June, they scored 374 to tie the match, taking it to a super over which the Netherlands won.
Can we get this verified, please?
Having said that, the Dutch have started well. Singh has bulleted two punches through point for four off Josh Hazlewood.

Skye Being: By my reckoning, if Netherlands score less than about 250, England will go above them in the table (on net run rate), which means they'll have climbed two places in two days. Basically they're doing better by not playing.
If they knock this off, it's the greatest achievement in ODI history, right? Trumping Kevin O'Brien and Ireland beating England?

That's the first ball that has been on the stumps from Mitchell Starc and Singh is straight onto it.
Nice shot from Singh, a turn off the pads when Starc looks for the magic ball. Four to mid-wicket.

Any newspapers writing headlines about David Warner's century have probably already written about it. It feels like it has already been forgotten.

It feels like there is pressure on already. If you are the Netherlands chasing 400, you should probably go and try and have some fun out there!
Target 400
Two slips for the left-handed Singh. Starc has a black towel poking from the waistband of his yellow (not gold) trousers. Big movement away. Starc has it hooping.

Netherlands' middle order has been doing the hard yards for them with the bat.
Vikram Singh and Max O'Dowd are the men in orange opening the batting for the Netherlands. Mitchell Starc has the ball.
One other thing about that monster score from the Aussies is how a improvement in their NRR could spell further trouble for England.
Many thanks, Sam. Superb from Maxwell. A Big Show from The Big Show.
Right then, having seen the batters smash the Netherlands around the park, Australia's bowlers are out to warm up.
The Netherlands have already claimed one surprise win so far at this World Cup but chasing 400 to beat Australia would be on another level entirely.
To see how long they can keep that dream alive, I'll hand you over to Stephan Shemilt - who has very kindly just brought a cake in for the team - for the start of the chase...

Adam Zampa and Mick Lewis will be pleased!

Glenn Maxwell was the only record-breaker in that innings.
Bas de Leede's figures of 2-115 were the most expensive in ODI history. He'll probably be grateful that for Maxwell's innings in that it at least takes the heat off him...

I bet you've forgotten about David Warner's century, haven't you?
