Target 231
Anyway, back to the cricket.
Tom Hartley sends a couple down the leg side but they keep so low that Jadeja's swish of the bat is nowhere near either of them.
Ben Foakes does brilliantly behind the stumps to gather both.
I also didn't have finding a Maidstone United fan from The Gambia on my England cricket bingo card this morning. Great win, though.
All eyes on Newport County (my city of birth) to do the same later...

Having celebrated long into the night due to the giantkilling Maidstone Utd produced I’ve woken up to find England could quite possibly trump even the mighty Stones!
Adam McKay, The Gambia
Target 231
Ravindra Jadeja, who has had a brilliant game with both bat and ball, joins Shreyas Iyer.
Feels like India's hopes rely on this partnership.
KL Rahul lbw b Root 22 (Ind 107-5)
Hitting leg stump! A big, big wicket.
KL Rahul goes back in his crease a little casually and Root gets the ball to turn in sharply, trapping him in front.
India have lost half their batting line-up and still need another 124 to win.
No bat involved.
Another!
It's given out on field again, but KL Rahul reviews.
I think it's an optimistic one. It looked very out on first viewing.
Four leg byes this time.
India get a streak of luck.
Target 231
Blimey, Tom Hartley is bowling some spell here. He gets one to turn sharply past off stump but unfortunately for England, it skittles past and through Ben Foakes' legs for four byes.

Stokes’ loyalty (hello fourth wicket!) is one of his greatest features - it inspires his team mates. Gareth Southgate also gets a lot of stick for putting loyalty above form, but I think it works for him as well. Come on England.

Target 231
No, it's Joe Root.
Just two from it. Who had Tom Hartley four-fer on their England cricket bingo card this morning? I definitely didn't. What a performance.
Mark Ramprakash
Former England batter
So left-arm spinners can get left-handed batters out!
Target 231
Shreyas Iyer comes out to bat in his cap again. In the first innings, Stokes countered that by bringing Mark Wood on straight away. Wonder if he'll have do go and fetch the helmet again.
Axar c & b Hartley 17 (Ind 95-4)
Hartley strikes in the first over after tea!
A soft dismissal for Axar Patel and he's furious with himself. He strikes it straight back to Hartley in his follow-through for a simple chance and England have started perfectly.
He has 4-31!

No doubt that Hartley has bowled better today. But Stokes has also set much kinder fields too. Protection in the deep for poor balls that wasn’t there in first innings.
Right, break's over.
KL Rahul and Axar Patel make their way out to the middle, closely followed by Ben Stokes and his men.

Simon Mahon: The humble pie (served to me from a very high delivery point) I need to eat about Tom Hartley in Test cricket is going to taste very sweet. Brilliant from him and England to make a game of this from the position we were in at the end of day one.
Graham Cooper: Well bowled Tom Hartley but so much credit must go to Ben Stokes for standing by him in the first innings.
If you missed the early morning start, England made very good progress to end up 420 all out. Ollie Pope fell short of a double century on 196, with handy support from Tom Hartley and Rehan Ahmed.
That set India a tricky target of 231, but they started pretty nicely in their chase with Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma adding a cautious 42.
But Hartley's two wickets in the 12th over gave England a boost, with Jaiswal and Shubman Gill both caught by the brilliant Pope, who was fielding close to the bat.
Rohit fell for 39, lbw to Hartley on review, and left a nervous-looking India wobbling at 63-3. But they cleverly countered England's left-arm spinners by sending in Axar Patel, and he and KL Rahul gradually ticked things along to finish 95-3 at tea - needing another 136 to win.
Fans of Matthew Henry will have to wait a little longer for his return, I'm sorry to say. You're stuck with me for a while yet.
I'm sure many of you are just waking up after a Sunday lie-in, you lucky bunch. So I'll give you a recap.
