Patidar c Ahmed b Hartley 0 (Ind 191-2)
Rajat Patidar has fallen into England's trap of gifting your wicket away. England don't even celebrate, partly because of the match situation but also because it was a long hop from Tom Hartley that has been hit straight to mid-wicket.
Lead by 315
Ollie Pope takes a nasty blow at silly point as the ball is smashed into his knee. There were cries of "catch" from a team-mate around the bat. It would have taken the greatest grab of all-time or an outrageous fluke.
Tom Hartley looks a little more comfortable now he's not faced with a batter trying to hit him to the Bay of Bengal.
He bowls a maiden to new batter Patidar.
Lead by 315
Shubman Gill hits Rehan Ahmed for four after being joined in the middle by Rajat Patidar.
India are effectively three down now with Ravichandran Ashwin out of the rest of the match. Jaiswal could return if, somehow, India needed him to.
Jaiswal retired hurt 104 (Ind 185-1)
It looks like young Jaiswal has decided to stop because of this back issue.
He drags himself off to applause and a handshake from Ben Stokes.
Jaiswal 104, Gill 57
Yashasvi Jaiswal plods forward in defence before pulling away with a grimace. He looks like a man twice his age at the minute.

India have scored at 4.2 runs an over and it’s been the perfect batting tempo. I just hope the penny will drop for England that these runs and the way they have played should have been them today.
It looks like they're going to have to drag 22-year-old Jaiswal off if he is to leave. Skipper Rohit Sharma is up on his feet watching on in the dressing room.
There's only a three-day break after the end of this Test - if it goes to day five.
Jaiswal might be done here. He's pulled up again clutching his back at the end of the over.
The physio is running back on.
Mark Wood's eyes close and his head rocks back as Shubman Gill slashes four more.

All this abuse of Root is harsh, opening bowlers can't be expected to hit runs too...
Jasper, Verwood
Another six. Another landmark.
Shubman Gill gets to his fifty and the lead is over 300 now too.
Jaiswal has had a stretch, a drink of something and is going to continue. There's a suggestion he might have hurt something while celebrating his century.

Retired hurt looks like the only way England can get shot of Jaiswal.

Yashavsi Jaiswal is stretching out his back at the end of this latest over. The physio is coming on.
He looks in quite a bit of pain.
Phil Tufnell
Former England spinner
Another fantastic all-round performance from Jaiswal. Knows when to soak up pressure, knows when to turn the gas on as well. He's going to be around for a long, long time this young man. Excellent player, another excellent hundred.
Lead by 297
Nick Knight says Jaiswal has also been working on some leg-spin in the nets and it is coming out nicely.
He could be ripping through England before long as well!

That’s a another special hundred from Jaiswal. Loved the way he gave himself time to get in by playing with sense then exploded into life once the ball got older and bowlers tired. I think he's the next all-format superstar.

The camera switches between the two captains. Rohit Sharma is leaping to his feat to applaud his team-mate.
Ben Stokes looks like a smile couldn't be further away.
His toughest day as captain?
