Notts 103-4 v Essex 253
Quiet stuff at Trent Bridge as Notts look to stabilise after the post-lunch wicket.
Lancs 43-1 v Surrey
There's a delay at Old Trafford - a temporary sightscreen, well, a big white sheet, has blown down at the James Anderson thanks to the strong breeze.
Put this in the file marked "Bizarre cricket occurances"...
Warwks 71-1 v Worcs 360
Holder over pitches and Alex Davies flicks the ball away in front of square leg for four runs.
Adam Finch replaces Joe Leach at the other end.
Middlesex v Glamorgan 558-3
It is hard to class a century as second fiddle, but Colin Ingram won't care.
He slaps a Tom Helm delivery square for six to bring up his hundred and this partnership is worth 242.
Kent 114-5 v Somerset
Ben Compton will be furious with himself for this as he decides to take on Lewis Gregory's short ball.
He succeeds only in picking out the man at deep square and his vigilance comes to an end.
A third wicket for the new Somerset skipper, though.
Sussex v Northants 222-4
Huge wicket for Sussex - who must now sense an opportunity with the new ball just around the corner.
Luke Procter had just moved into the 90s, beating leg slip and short leg with a scoop round the corner for four but he's gone next ball.
It's wide of off, driven and nicked low to Clark at a wide first slip.
Rob Keogh is in next.
Lancs 37-1 v Surrey
Josh Bohannon dances down the track and lifts Dan Lawrence over his head for four.
But one ball later, he prods the ball to Jamie Smith at short leg - the fielder can't hang on to it and the Lancs number three breathes again.
Sussex v Northants 218-3
Good positive intent from George Bartlett, getting well forward to drive the off spin of Carson - and he connects spectacularly with the fourth ball of the over on bended knee, lofting down the ground for six.
Sussex will be pinning a lot of hopes on the new ball - due in two overs.
Middlesex v Glamorgan 550-3
There it is!
Sam Northeast sweeps Josh de Caires fine down to the rope and brings up an outstanding triple century at the Home of Cricket.
He has batted for 392 balls, hitting 35 fours and three sixes.
Extremely well batted!
Derbyshire v Gloucestershire
The news we were expecting from Derby has finally arrived.
There will be no play for a second consecutive day due to a wet outfield. Fingers crossed, we have good drying conditions between now and 11am tomorrow morning.
Yorks v Leics 177-7
As you were from Yorkshire as Sam Currie dabs outside off stump, only to see the keeper take the edge.
Warwks 64-1 v Worcs 360
Shot of the day so far - as Will Rhodes drives a full ball from Leach with immaculate poise down the ground for four runs.
He tucks in to a rare Jason Holder half volley in the next over, driving through mid off for four more.
Warwickshire are settling down after a nervous start when they could so easily have lost two or three wickets to Holder.
Notts 100-4 v Essex 253
Matthew Montgomery is lured into prodding at Shane Snater, and Simon Harmer snaffles a regulation chance at second slip.
Essex are chipping away the Notts batting order, that total of 253 might be better than we first thought.
Debutant Jack Haynes is at the crease to join Joe Clarke.
Lancashire 27-1 v Surrey

It was tossed up and straight back and it's a good catch from Dan Lawrence down low to his left hand side.
It's actually a nice bit of bowling, but Keaton Jennings has just driven it straight back.
That was a nice moment that for Lawrence.
Sussex v Northants 210-3
Spin at both ends for Sussex this afternoon.
Coles is bowling a probing fourth stump line to Bartlett, bowling round the wicket. Maiden over.
A slip and a forward short leg in for Carson as Procter defends.
Procter is hit on the pad by Carson but it's given not out. A bit of inside edge there.
The fourth ball is a no ball and cut off the back foot through cover for two.
Warwks 52-1 v Worcs 360
That was a very testing first over from Holder this afternoon, almost getting a second wicket for the Pears off the bat of Davies and beating him on the pad in the same over for a close LBW call - given not out.
He's getting the ball to angle in and straighten to keep the three slips interested.
His fifth ball is edged wide of third slip for four but there's nothing streaky about the next scoring shot, clipped firmly through mid wicket for four more.
That's the Warwickshire 50 in exactly 15 overs.
Lancashire 26-1 v Surrey
Bringing on Dan Lawrence has paid off for Surrey!
Keaton Jennings drives the ball straight back down the pitch and Lawrence stoops to his left to take his first wicket for his new county.
Josh Bohannon is the new batter for the hosts.
Middlesex v Glamorgan 524-3
Sam Northeast really should be on his way back to the pavilion.
He comes charging down the pitch to Josh de Caires, but is comprehensively beaten.
Yet the ball bounces in and out of Jack Davies' gloves behind the stumps and Northeast survives.
Can Northeast make his 300 after that life?
Kent 101-4 v Somerset
Kent are back in after lunch with Harry Finch joining Ben Compton in the middle.
They need a partnership to get this innings moving again.
