    In a word, good.

It's the kind of weather that you can only dream of when you live and work in Salford. Trust me.

Yesterday was a hoot, with families flooding the streets of London and happiness evident everywhere.

So how does Sunday follow all that?

Well, our brave cyclists set off on the RideLondon-Surrey 100 at 06:00 BST, the first of which are expected back on The Mall shortly after 10:00.

The RideLondon-Surrey 46 riders got started at 09:00, and we'll see them heading to the finish line some time after 11:00.

Then at 13:15 the serious business starts, with the Classic getting cooking, headed by none other than recently crowned Tour de France king, Chris Froome.

I'll be holding court on here until 14:30, then you'll have a brief reprieve from the action - just long enough to dig into your Sunday roast - before our coverage of the Classic kicks off at 15:30 on BBC One and with a live text feed.

Got all that? Good. Let's get cracking.

We have quite a day in store for you.

If yesterday was the starters, today is most definitely the chateaubriand. Thousands of valiant riders taking on the 100 mile and 46 mile RideLondon-Surrey sportives, before the Classic takes off, headed by cycling legend Chris Froome.

I don't know about you, but I'm rather excited. Shall we begin?
