"The Dutch have been threatening, they have had a couple of half chances. I think they need two up front and really put Costa Rica's centre halves under pressure."
Former England midfielder Danny Murphy

"Costa Rica will be desperate for that break to get those fluids in because they are having to work desperately hard to stop the Dutch at the moment."
Louis van Gaal is festering with rage as the whistle goes for half-time. Robin van Persie also not happy...
Into the one minute of added time. Textbook stuff so far from Costa Rica.
Former Ireland international Kevin Kilbane

"It's all possession play from Netherlands, they are trying to find the gaps but Costa Rica are very disciplined, with five across the back, 10 men behind the ball and there are no gaps being created as Netherlands struggle to move the ball quickly.
"It can also go long to Robin van Persie and when it does Arjen Robben looks for the knock-down. But Costa Rica can break very quickly."
Brilliance again from Costa Rica goalkeeper Keylor Navas as he races off his line to smother at the feet of Robin van Persie. He looks unbeatable...
The first whistles from the crowd as the Dutch pass the ball sideways again and again, searching for space, searching for a Costa Rican mistake. They keep their shape really well, pushing the Dutch out and away.

"Keylor Navas makes a great change of direction, it looked like Arjen Robben was going to take the free-kick but it was Wesley Sneiijder and Navas had to adjust his feet and get across to make the save."

"It was a long way out to score with a curler from there. Sneijder has tried to give the keeper the eyes but he hasn't fallen for it. Really good save."
The delivery is better - much better!
Wesley Sneijder curls one up and over the wall, Beckham style, it's heading for the top corner but that man Keylor Navas is across in a flash to tip it clear.
Tim Howard's records are under threat if this one goes the distance...
Junior Diaz is the first man into the book after another foul on Arjen Robben. Can the Dutch do better from this dead ball? Their delivery so far has been poor.
Again Costa Rica threaten from a free-kick! Celso Borges flicks it back from the far post and a team-mate almost meets it on the volley. Again, the Dutch counter instantly and Arjen Robben is fouled.
The Dutch aren't afraid to go long, route one to Arjen Robben over the top when they need to. The Bayern Munich man - dare I say it - seems to be staying on his feet more than usual.
If that doesn't tempt fate then I don't know what will...
Awo Afriye:, external Keylor Navas and Joel Campbell are the revelations of the tournament.
Keylor Navas is available from Levante for a smidge under £8m. Or a Jake Livermore or Rob Snodgrass, if you prefer.
Good save again from Keylor Navas! He is some keeper.
Memphis Depay gets into the penalty area down the left, he fires off the shot nice and early and Navas stops it with his feet.
Navas's earlier double save is now in the Highlights tab. Watch away.
Costa Rica scored from set-pieces against Uruguay in their opener and they threaten again, Christian Bolanos whipping in a cross of real quality which Celso Borges can't quite reach.
Borges was being held by Bruno Martins Indi. Interesting.

"Dirk Kuyt is providing good assistance to Robin van Persie, bombing on down the right-hand side. Kuyt has adapted his game so well over the years. Wonderful player."
