The two teams have emerged out of the tunnel at Istanbul's Olympic Stadium - time for another quick run-through the line-ups...
Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino: "It's always important to get the victory and the points, and especially today to finish top of the group. With one point we are first in the group but the victory is always important.
"Kyle Walker is a very good player and he's very important for us. It's nice to see him back in the squad."
Mauricio Pochettino's turn to face the pre-match cameras in a misty Istanbul and, if we didn't know it already from the experience he has named on his team sheet, he wants to win...
Tottenham defender Jan Vertonghen:, external All the best to the boys tonight!!! Especially to big man Kyle Walker. Good to have him back!
Adam Smith:, external So glad that Ryan Mason and Harry Kane aren't even in the squad, shows that they're first team players now!
A bit of Tottenham-related breaking news for you...
Spurs have been fined £11,870 by Uefa for multiple pitch invasions during last month's Europa League tie against Partizan Belgrade.
Three disturbances - orchestrated as an internet prank - took place at White Hart Lane which caused the match to be suspended for around 10 minutes.
Let's hope we don't have any silly antics tonight. Nobody wants a late one....
I know exactly what you're thinking. What does all that mean in non-Uefa speak?
The picture will only become crystal clear at the end of tonight's action, but here's what we already know....
Confirmed group winners: Red Bull Salzburg, Dinamo Moscow, Inter Milan, Everton, Fiorentina.
Qualified and can win group: Tottenham, Besiktas, Feyenoord, Napoli, Dynamo Kiev, Legia Warsaw, Trabzonspor.
Confirmed runners-up: Celtic PSV Eindhoven.
Transferring from Champions League: Seeded - Olympiakos, Zenit, Sporting Lisbon, Athletic Bilbao. Unseeded - Liverpool, Anderlecht, AS Roma, AFC Ajax.
Tottenham, Everton and Celtic - whose match at Dinamo Zagreb is being described here - are all already in the last 32 draw which takes place on Monday (12:00 GMT). Here's the drill...
Two pots for the round of 32 draw
The 12 group winners and the four best third-ranked teams dropping down from the Champions League group stage are seeded
They are drawn against the 12 group runners-up and the remaining third-placed Champions League sides.
No team can play a club from their group or a side from the same association.
Games will be played on 19 and 26 February.
Seeing all these talented youngsters step out on the Europa League stage tonight has got the BBC Sport office feeling nostalgic. And feeling old. Very old.
We've been reminiscing about teenagers bursting on to the scene with a memorable performance that left you thinking 'How can you be that good at that age?'
I remember seeing a 17-year-old called James Milner coming on as a substitute for Leeds United against Chelsea back in 2002. Within seconds, he picked up the ball on the edge of the Blues box, jinked past Marcel Desailly to leave the Frenchman eating turf (that's World Cup-winning defender Marcel Desailly), before exquisitely curling into the bottom corner. Magic.
So we want to know your memories. Who has delivered a Milner moment for your club? Tweet using #bbcfootball, text 81111 or post on our Facebook page.
But Besiktas manager Slaven Bilic also has his (rather scary) eyes on top spot.
"It's a big game for us. The pressure is only positive. We want to try to beat Spurs and we are going to try to finish first," he tells ITV4.
"We are without six or seven players, but I'm expecting us to have a good game and hopefully to win."
Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino knows his side have already qualified from Group C. But will they finish as group winners or runners-up? That's the big question tonight.
And it's a simple equation. The Premier League side will top the table if they avoid defeat in Istanbul.
Achieving that is important because Spurs - who are two-time winners of Europe's secondary club competition - will then be seeded, along with Everton, for Monday's draw.
I'll be honest from the very start - tonight is hardly a gripping night of European action for our British contingent. A relaxing week with your partner in the Swiss countryside will probably see more drama.
Everton are already through and assured of finishing as Group H winners whether they win, lose or draw at Goodison Park.
Celtic have secured a last-32 place as Group D runners-up and are unable to overhaul Austrian champions Red Bull Salzburg at the top.
So it's down to Tottenham to provide some tension....
Spurs: Vorm; Walker, Chiriches, Kaboul, Rose, Dembele, Stambouli, Townsend, Paulinho, Chadli, Soldado. Subs: Lloris, Lennon, Lamela, Fazio, Capoue, Davies, Onomah.
The headline news for Tottenham is the return of full-back Kyle Walker, who makes his first start in nine months following an abdominal injury.
Mauricio Pochettino continues with his all-change policy in the Europa League, making five other switches from the side that started the last tie against Partizan Belgrade.
Goalkeeper Michel Vorm, defenders Younes Kaboul and Danny Rose and midfielders Andros Townsend and Nacer Chadli are recalled. England youth international Joshua Onomah is on the bench.
Listen carefully tonight and you might hear the likes of Josh Onomah, Ryan Ledson and Kieran Dowell humming along to Wizzard's festive classic 'I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday'.
Spurs named several youngsters in their squad to face Besiktas tonight, but only 17-year-old attacker Onomah is given a place on the substitutes' bench. Bah humbug, Pochettino.
Meanwhile, England Under-17s captain Ledson and Dowell, a silky forward who turned 17 two months ago, are strongly tipped to play for the Toffees against Russian side Krasnodar. More on that later.
However, on this occasion, it doesn't relate to the two kind Premier League bosses visiting their local hospital to hand out Christmas presents to sick children.
Tonight, the beneficiaries of their generosity are a little older, but still kids nonetheless in the world of football.
With Europa League qualification assured, Pochettino and Martinez - who, as this picture shows, is not afraid of entering into the Christmas spirit - are using their final group matches to hand out some early gifts to their prodigious talents.
But these youngsters aren't frantically tearing apart wrapping paper on Christmas morning to discover a replica shirt. Nope, they are ripping open the plastic packaging of a first-team shirt.
"Christmas is a time for kids."
If I had a pound for every time I heard that phrase in December then I'd be minted.
I'm half expecting to hear Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino and his Everton counterpart Roberto Martinez say it over the course of the next few hours.
The pair are taking on the role of Father Christmas tonight, bringing festive cheer to a host of north London and Merseyside youngsters...
