Here we go. This'll be interesting. On comes CSKA striker Seydou Doumbia for Bibras Nacho. This lad can play.

In contrast to the first half, there has been little goalmouth action in the first five minutes of the second 45 in Seville. The home side, as you'd expect, are pushing forward but City are sitting in and holding them at arm's length. It is a classic, 'see out the first 10 minutes, lads' from Pellegrini.

If City win Chris and the other game in the group is a draw, they progress. They'd be on nine points while Sevilla in third would be on three. The six-point difference couldn't be overhauled as a tie on points would be decided by head-to-head, not goal difference.

Marcos Rojo turns provider from the left, swinging a cross into the mixer, where Anthony Martial rises and wins a header above his marker but can't get the power or direction to beat Igor Akinfeev.

Look how dominant Manchester United were in that opening half. They have to make it count don't they?
The Red Devils played 366 passes to 134 by the away side.

Great chance for Marcos Rojo right at the start of the second half. It is from a corner, which finds him unmarked, but he nods it wide. Head like a 50p piece.

One change in Seville. No surprise that it is by the home side, who send on Michael Krohn-Dehli for Vicente Iborra.

In many ways, Anthony Martial has been worse in the opening half. Rooney has had 22 touches, Martial 17 - the lowest of United's outfield players.
Rooney has completed 83% of passes, Martial 75%.

Savage responds to Terrypublished at 20:43
20:43It looks like we have a war of words on our hands between John Terry and Robbie Savage.
You may know already that Chelsea captain Terry recently hit out at Savage following criticism from the pundit, saying he only listened if he was "dug out" by "the very best".
Well, Savage has responded with a tweet this evening, which read: "Thanks for the name check John, good to know you are watching. I look forward to analysing tomorrow's performance Saturday morning."

Stephan Lichtsteiner has levelled for Juventus against Borussia Monchengladbach. That goal could be big for Manchester City as if the German side don't win and City do, the Premier League team will be through with two games to spare.
Elsewhere, Shakhtar are beating Malmo 1-0. A defeat for Malmo will mean the winner of Real Madrid v Paris St-Germain will progress. Madrid lead through Nacho's goal but PSG have missed chances. Edinson Cavani just fluffed his lines from 10 yards.

20:37Sevilla 1-3 Man City
To describe that third Manchester City goal as 'route one' would be a bit harsh, but it isn't far off. City keeper Joe Hart made a smart stop from a Sevilla corner, then put his thinking cap on to quickly hoof the ball out to Jesus Navas on the right flank. Navas rode a flimsy challenge from a Sevilla player before scampering down the touchline to tee up Bony.

20:32Sevilla 1-3 Man City
In contrast to Old Trafford, City have had no problems in attack. They've scored three goals, could have had more and the only blot on their copybook is Sevilla's goal, for which Nicolas Otamendi was skinned. City in control, though.

BBC Radio 5 live at Old Trafford"You can feel a kind of sigh. Disappointed not by the standard but just that final ball, that bit of genius or brilliance. They have played an attacking style and the fans will want to see that all the way through."

No added time. The home fans chant "attack" at the players as they leave the pitch. They are trying, but are not moving the ball quickly enough to hurt an increasingly confident and comfortable CSKA.

Ryan Giggs has his chin resting on his hand. Louis van Gaal grips his leather folder. Neither look happy. Their team are trying, oh so hard, but they lack quality in the final third. To underline this, a cross from the left floats harmlessly over everyone and out of play for a CSKA throw. The groans increase in volume.
