Chance! Jesse Lingard lifts a shot over the top from, what, eight yards out? A great chance that. The Stretford End groans in concert...

It's PSV, if anyone, who look like finding a winner as we enter the last 20 minutes. David de Gea has to be right behind another snorter from Davy Propper, PSV growing in confidence.

"Rooney looks like he is feeling the pace a but now. He has given the ball away a couple of times in the last few minutes. But the whole United team have come off the pace and PSV are growing in confidence."

    Juventus 1-0 Man City

There is no immediate panic tonight - of course - for Manchester City. They have already secured qualification.

But their chances of winning the group are slipping by. Barcelona again in the knockout stage?

  6. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 21:07

    Juventus 1-0 Man City

Manchester City sub Fabian Delph flashes a shot across goal before Raheem Sterling is introduced for the visitors.

Can Sterling find a way back? He replaces Sergio Aguero - who has not looked sharp tonight.

"Ashley Young has come on and put in two great crosses. That is where they will win the game, getting down the line and getting the ball in the box."

"Sometimes English teams find it hard when other teams drop off and let them have the ball. It has not been a high level of technical ability. United have just tried to force it."

    Juventus 1-0 Man City

Juventus are 25 minutes away from ending the night on top of Group D. It's all gone a bit stale in Turin, both sides playing it around with no real penetration.

PSV still look fairly content and organised, a 0-0 draw would not do their chances of reaching the last 16 any harm at all. They take off Jorrit Hendrix though - he's had a good game.

Zlatan Ibrahimovic's Champions League goal drought is over. After almost a year without a goal in the competition he curls in from midway inside the area to make it 3-0 for PSG against his hometown club Malmo.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid have bagged a third against Shakhtar Donetsk, Dani Carvajal firing home.

  18. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 20:56

    Juventus 1-0 Man City

Well how has that stayed out?! Juventus this time as Alvaro Morata - just on in place of Mario Mandzukic - breaks the offside trap, gets to the bouncing ball ahead of Joe Hart and clip sit over him. The spin looks like taking the ball wide, Paulo Dybala stretches at the far post and clips the outside of the woodwork.

    Shakhtar Donetsk 0-2 Real Madrid

Real Madrid have bounced back. The Spanish side lead 2-0 now at Shakhtar Donetsk as Toni Kroos plays a stunning ball to Cristiano Ronaldo, who in turn picks out Luka Modric and he slams the ball in.

City so close to a leveller! Fernando heads down hard, Gigi Buffon pushes it against the post and Yaya Toure can't quite smash it over the line. Brilliant from Buffon, rolling back the years.
