There are clappers on seats waiting for fans today at Carrow Road. Norwich will be hoping it can help create an atmosphere which can rival the King Power. A win today would put pressure on Newcastle and Sunderland who play later.

  2. We need to take chances - Neilpublished at 12:18 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

Norwich v Man Utd (12:45 BST)

Norwich manager Alex Neil, speaking to BT Sport: "If we don't get a result today the next two might not matter.

"Our performances in recent weeks haven't been too dissimilar to the ones in the games we have won.

"It is just our decision-making up top, taking the opportunities when we get them and not making silly mistakes at the back. It seems like a lot, but if we can do that then we've got a chance.

"Our performance at Arsenal (where Norwich lost 1-0) was probably better than our win at Old Trafford earlier in the season. But at Arsenal we didn't take our opportunities."

Almost Time to Say Goodbye to this incredible season...

What an evening it promises to be at Leicester. The club is apparently giving away pizza and beer, while there's a special appearance from Andrea Bocelli before the match.

The Italian called Leicester manager Claudio Ranieri and offered to sing in the "big fiesta".

Lovely, Robert Huth. Just lovely. John Terry, of course, donned his full Chelsea kit to take his place in the celebratory snaps as the club lifted the Champions League trophy in 2012. The defender had to sit out the final through suspension.

The fun side of relegation is discovering Britain's hidden gems on away days. We all know Manchester and Liverpool are great for a night out, but places like York, Halifax, Oxford and Shrewsbury are superb if you like cobbled streets, stone churches and tucked away pubs.

Josh Annetts: The thing with Newcastle seems to be that their attack is hundreds times better than their defence. They can win if Villa field Lescott and Guzan. Villa have Gestede injured and flabby Gabby suspended, so it's just Ayew who isn't hard to marshal. Should be an easy win for Newcastle.

Mark Gabriel: Norwich lose to Utd then Sunderland to Chelsea and Newcastle beating Villa = both Sunderland & Norwich joining Villa in the Championship.

Sunderland have just one injury doubt, with defender Billy Jones hampered by a hip problem this week.

Manager Sam Allardyce has fielded the same starting XI for the last five matches but could make changes for the visit of Chelsea.

The Blues will have goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois available again after a two-match suspension.

Eden Hazard could be recalled after his superb second-half performance as a substitute against Tottenham on Monday.

  14. Chelsea taking things seriously - Hiddinkpublished at 11:49 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    Sunderland v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink, speaking about his side continuing to give everything: "It's important for ourselves, for our pride and for our enjoyment of football.

"Second, we want to have the same approach for all the teams who are still fighting to avoid relegation. They deserve the same approach in our seriousness, with no guarantee that we can win, but we will go for the win of course.

"Given the situation it wouldn't be fair of us to have a serious approach for the Spurs game and not have a serious approach for the other games."

If Sunderland stay up it will be because of Jermain Defoe. So says former Blackburn and West Brom striker Jason Roberts. The 33-year-old former England international has scored 12 league goals since Big Sam turned up on Wearside.

“The biggest issue with Sam Allardyce coming into Sunderland was how he would get the best out of Jermain Defoe. Sam had to find a way to shoehorn him in the team, he didn't at first and left him on the bench. I thought that was a big mistake," Roberts tells 5 live Sport.

"But now Sam has put him in the team, realising if he has to change to get the best out of Defoe then he will.

"There are not many like Defoe. His goalscoring record is incredible. He will be the difference."

  17. We have to stay focused - Big Sampublished at 11:41 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    Sunderland v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

Sam Allardyce also says his team can't afford to slip up against Chelsea like Tottenham did on Monday night.

Allardyce said: "What happened to Tottenham mentally, we cannot afford for that to happen to our team. We have to stay focused from start to finish.

"Tottenham lost a goal then lost the plot mentally so then, all of a sudden, all the talent they have in that side just went by the way and they ended up not only losing the game but doing the strangest thing I've ever seen a Tottenham side do and that's get nine players booked and make some quite ferocious tackles at the same time."

  18. Big Sam and the case for transcendental meditationpublished at 11:37 British Summer Time 7 May 2016

    Sunderland v Chelsea (15:00 BST)

So, Sam Allardyce and transcendental meditation. Discuss.

The Sunderland manager, whose team are in the bottom three and preparing to face Chelsea this afternoon, has been talking about how he manages to retain a Zen-like calm even under intense pressure.

"I do it three or four times a week," says the Black Cats boss. Talking about meditation, of course. “I would say I am doing it more now - 20 to 25 minutes when the day is finished.

"I have read the science on transcendental meditation and it helps to reduce your blood pressure and keeps you calmer."

Richard Starkey: Fun side of relegation? As a Coventry fan, following 34 years in the top flight, the answer is a resounding no!
