Andre Ayew came off the bench against Chelsea in midweek and he does so again here. He suffered a bad thigh injury in August and this is his first league outing since. I like Ayew, he's a busy little hustler on the pitch. Pedro Obiang makes way.

It has taken West Ham nine minutes to really threaten since the goal. Michail Antonio shows good feet near the edge of the area. He knows he's over run the ball though and hence goes down under a challenge to take a free-kick in a dangerous area.

Step forward Dimitri Payet. He gets it wrong not once but twice, driving his shot into the wall and then skewing the rebound away from goal.

Ross Barkley has been a man under the microscope ever since he was left out of the England squad early in the new season. What he's offering up here though is solid. He's contributing consistently. A shot from 20 yards bends just over the bar.

Romelu Lukaku has now scored in seven straight Premier League games against West Ham. They must be sick of him.

How will they respond? Pedro Obiang is booked for a foul on Ross Barkley.

No real impetus from the Hammers yet, Everton seeing all the ball since the goal and keeping it wisely.

That is the fifth time Yannick Bolasie and Romelu Lukaku have combined for a goal this season. They had some sort of planned celebration.  Their friendship is blossoming and it's going to help Everton no end.

I've been impressed with Pedro Obiang for West Ham. He's a powerful runner and a right nuisance. He's the type of player you're just going to want to kick at some point as he doesn't let up.

His early flick on from a corner deflects wide. He wants a corner but gets a goal kick.
