  9. goal

GOAL Hibernian 0-1 Celticpublished at 14mins

    Mikael Lustig

Hibs look to have survived a Leigh Griffiths free-kick from a dangerous position, but they fail to clear and, when Stuart Armstrong lofts the ball into the penalty box, Dedryck Boyata nods the ball on and Mikael Lustig steals in at the back post to score.

For all his attacking prowess, Brandon Barker looked to be sleeping as he lost Lustig at the back post, while goalkeeper Ross Laidlaw's attempt to palm clear on the goal-line looked weak too.

    Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

There's some muted calls for a penalty from the Hibs fans after the ball rebounds off the arm of Celtic's Nir Bitton.

A bit ambitous and none of their players were appealing.

    Hibernian 0-0 Celtic

Hibs continue to probe and Brandon Barker shows pace once more to beat Mikael Lustig, but the winger takes the wrong option and fires wastefully into the side netting from an acute angle when a cross might have been more dangerous.

    Hibernian v Celtic (12:15)

Celtic manager Brendan Rodgers doesn't think his side will pay for their Champions League travels at Hampden.

"They are in great spirits and they are a team used to playing in big games," he told Sportsound.

"The players recovered well on Thursday and we are focused and really determined.

"It is an early kick and we have to cope with that. If there is any fatigue, we have players who can come in and change the game.

"Hibs have good qualities in their team, but we just continue what we do."

Hibs are expected to line up in a 4-1-4-1 formation, with Marvin Barkley holding in midfield and former Celtic striker Anthony Stokes up front.

Head coach Neil Lennon told Sportsound: "Celtic came off of a great win the last time but are off the back of a defeat this time.

"You have to be ready for a backlash. But, if they are leggy, we have to smell that and take advantage."
