I think David Moyes is a really good manager, but West Ham have helped him out, by giving him a compressed time - of six months. By doing that, they've forced him to make decisions with a lot more conviction, and in turn, that's helped his confidence as a manager. He's switched a few things around at the club, the way they play for one, and I think it's working for him far.

I’ve been to see David Moyes at the training ground and he’s putting his players through their paces. They didn’t have a good pre-season, some of the players didn’t look fit and Moyes has sorted that with Stuart Pearce.
Huddersfield 1-1 West Ham

Moyes says he wants his side to play "like Tottenham, like Chelsea" if he remains in charge beyond the end of this season.
The Hammers were more Sunday League than Premier League in a truly dire 0-0 draw with Shrewsbury last week but they have been much better today against a good Huddersfield side.
Moyes is dreaming big. And why not...
We've touched on Chelsea v Leicester, we've looked at Southampton's trip to Watford. Where next?
Mr Moyes. We're coming for you.
Football Focus have just paid tribute to late Liverpool goalkeeper Tommy Lawrence, who died this week.
If you're in Merseyside or can access BBC Radio Merseyside this afternoon, this may well be worth a listen. You can't beat tales from when football was football, men were men and goalkeepers didn't need gloves.

Select your combined XI
As Liverpool and Manchester City face one another on Sunday, we've gone to the trouble of making a team selector. Straight forward - just pick a combined team from the two squads.
I've had a go below - but you can do so by clicking here. Better still, do it and share it with your mates on social media.
Right, before we nip around a few more fixtures, I have something fun you can have a go at...

Joe Blair: Gillingham 6 Wimbledon 1, 13 Feb 1982. My second ever away trip. Gillingham fans not smashing the coach windows so we had to go home in the freezing cold would have made it a little more palatable.
Mike Hallowes: 17.02.04, 600 mile round trip from Plymouth to Tranmere only for us to lose 3-0. I had a raging a hangover too.
Given Huddersfield defender Mathias Jorgensen is on Football Focus today talking about his £8,000 pint giveaway to away fans before Christmas, wanted to ask you what your worst away memory was? More over, I want to know what gift or gesture might have softened the blow. A car? A new house? A free pie?

Watford v Southampton (15:00 GMT)
Alistair Mann
MOTD commentator
These two sides share the unwanted distinction of being the Premier League's bottom two in the form table.
Watford come into the weekend having lost six of their past seven Premier League games; Southampton haven't won any of their past nine.
The Hornets, whose season began so optimistically, are now in danger of enduring one of struggle.
Though they begin the weekend in the top half of the table, another defeat may well change the dynamics of their situation considerably, particularly against a team who are only above the drop zone on goal difference.
Watford v Southampton (15:00 GMT)
Matt Le Tissier is as big as it gets at Southampton and he's seemingly not having the booing of late.
Saints won in the FA Cup last week but are nine without a win in the league - a run stretching back to November.
Grim.
Dare I say it... boooo.
We'll return to the Bridge in a bit. Now though, news of a disgruntled Saint...
Chelsea v Leicester (15:00 GMT)
Jermaine Jenas
Former Tottenham midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live
It wasn’t a great start to the season for Chelsea. The character of Antonio Conte, it seems like he’s prepared to leave if he doesn’t get what he wants. He won the league last year, he took them from a poor place to league titles and cup finals.
I don’t expect him to be there at the end of the year. If he leaves the Premier League, which I think he will, he’ll be a huge loss. He brought a new style of play.

Lap it up ladies and gents.
Chelsea v Leicester (15:00 GMT)
You do wonder what the vibe will be at Stamford Bridge today. It's been a busy week for their press department and that could pose distraction.
We've had the ongoing Antonio Conte-Jose Mourinho spat, then in midweek BBC Sport broke news about a legal battle with one family who could potentially halt the club building a new stadium.
Fast-forward to yesterday and the Blues launch an investigation into the allegations of racism made against of two former coaches.
Click on the links to see those stories. Do you think the mood will be dark at the Bridge?
Chelsea v Leicester (15:00 GMT)
Leicester striker Jamie Vardy has scored an unrivalled 22 Premier League goals in 41 appearances against the current top six clubs since his top-flight debut in August 2014.
(I suppose one slight caveat would be that someone like Harry Kane gets fewer games against those teams as he plays for one).
Still, well in Jamie.
So you've had your fill of papers, you've had your fantasy footy reminder. I think it's best we nip around the fixtures quickly don't you?
Stamford Bridge please driver.
BBC Three
So, which type of fantasy football manager are you?
BBC Three looks at the five different types of players, and you can vote for which one describes you best.
Saturday morning = final Fantasy Football decisions.
I've gone for Sadio Mane as my replacement for Philippe Coutinho and have also binned off Roberto Firmino for Christian Benteke - I still don't know why.
Anyway, coming up next I have a cracking Fantasy Football feature for you. A must read for enthusiasts.

Huddersfield are in action today, without a win in four matches in the league as they prepare to face West Ham.
Their defender Mathias Jorgensen - known as 'Zanka' - has been telling us why he bought drinks worth around £8,000 for travelling fans in December.
He says he decided on the idea partly because of superb support despite poor away form. This got us wondering, what has been your worst away trip and what would it have taken to soften the blow?
A pint? A new car? A new dog? Tweet us on #bbcfootball or text 81111 and tell us why the day was so bad and what would have got you back on side? If you have any images of you on away travel, send them in.
