And while we're talking Alexis Sanchez for the 1,456,896th time this month already, may I point you to BBC Radio 5 live's Football Daily.

"There’s nothing United can do to stop Sanchez going to City", is the view of one member of the panel as former Crystal Palace owner Simon Jordan and ex-Liverpool and West Ham midfielder Don Hutchison pour over issues.

Just click here for the show.

And as we're chatting Sanchez, it would be rude of us not to offer an image of him with his dogs. Head to his Instagram for many, many more., external

    Daily Star

And finally I'll take you to the Daily Star. The focus here is on Pep Guardiola holding firm on what he will pay for Alexis Sanchez in January, risking Jose Mourinho bettering his offer at Manchester United.

While we are talking Manchester City dominance, you may have missed the boss breaking a Premier League record yesterday. Pep Guardiola has been named Manager of the Month four times in a row - surpassing Antonio Conte's record of three.

And while we're on records, Harry Kane has now been Player of the Month six times. That takes him level with Steve Gerrard's record of six wins.

Top players, top managers. These are special times in the Premier League perhaps?

    The Times

So now I know where teams have been going wrong against Manchester City.

Now that The Times have published this guide on how you beat the unbeaten side, I can see how the landscape will change. Premier League managers will read it and City will slide to 16 straight defeats to end the season.

Maybe not. Anyway - go get The Times if you want to see what 'experts' say can down City.

  6. Watch: The Feudpublished at 11:19 Greenwich Mean Time 13 January 2018

    Jose Mourinho v Antonio Conte

'The Feud'. That could make a decent film title. Who knows, maybe one day Hollywood will make a film about these men at war over a game of football.

Anyway, that Daily Mail headline in the previous post is perhaps an ideal point for us to jump in and remind you of all that Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte have said to one another.

Whether it be "Jumping around like a clown," or maybe "little man", all the insults are in this video. It's a perfect recap so dig in.

    Daily Mail

The Daily Mail goes with the Mourinho-Conte discontent as it's lead, referencing Jose Mourinho's "contempt" for the Chelsea boss.

The paper also runs quotes from Jurgen Klopp stating Liverpool were right to sell Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona.

So now you know what's on the agenda as we tackle seven Premier League games on Saturday, as well as 11 in the Championship.

Countless talking points already look clear, notably the potential writing off of Swansea's survival hopes if they succumb to Newcastle today.

Carlos Carvalhal seems a lovely guy but he'd need to be a super hero to keep them up if Rafa Benitez gets the better of him.

We'll preview all the games shortly but first, to the papers we go.
