It's a great ball by Maitland-Niles and he looks a real player. He has blossomed this season and he is definitely one for the future.

Mark: How on earth is hazard not on the pitch? Conte has had an awful season. Completely to blame for Chelsea not finishing top 4. So negative it's painful!

Steve: What was Caballero doing there? If you can't get it with your hands let the defender do the work

Ah Leicester. They've been by far and away the better side but they are pegged back after some great work down the right by AInsley Maitland-Niles. AMN shows all sorts of pace down the right and cuts it back, PAE has a shot saved but lashes the loose ball into the roof of the net.

Richard (Liverpool fan): YES! YES! YEEEEES!!!! Just need that Hazard red now!

Stuart: Huddersfield just need to hold on to what they've got, it doesn't make a difference if they make it or not (Swansea are the ones livin' on a prayer) - is that enough Bon Jovi yet?

That Huddersfield goal is really, really terrible news for Swansea City.

  10. 'What a goal'published at 20:55 British Summer Time 9 May 2018

    Chelsea 0-1 Huddersfield

    Danny Mills
Former England defender on BBC Radio 5 live

Chelsea are arguing there was a foul on Willian but that could go either way. Depoitre does well because he gets there first and the goalkeeper actually collides with him. What a goal and it could well keep Huddersfield in the Premier League.

  11. CLOSE!published at 20:54 British Summer Time 9 May 2018

    Leicester 1-0 Arsenal

Another big chance for Leicester. This time it’s substitute Shkodran Mustafi who clears off the line from Fousseni Diabaté. Diabate has already created one and is looking eager to get his name on the scoresheet next.

With Yaya Toure pulling the strings in the heart of City's midfield, it has been interesting to see Fernandinho let off the leash for once - the Brazilian is usually the go-to man for City's keeper or defenders in the epicentre of the pitch as they build from the back but tonight he is pretending to be Kevin de Bruyne and been haring forward at every opportunity, mainly down the right.

His team-mates haven't found him that often, as you can see from his touch-map (left), and Gabriel Jesus is the only City outfield player to have seen less of the ball in the first half, but I bet the Brazilian midfielder is enjoying the rare treat of having the freedom to roam.

The image on the right is Brighton's heat map, by the way, which should tell you where most of tonight's game has been played so far - in their half.

  13. goal

GOAL - Chelsea 0-1 Huddersfieldpublished at 20:51 British Summer Time 9 May 2018

    Laurent Depoitre (50 mins)

    NOT A DRILL!

    THIS IS NOT A DRILL!

My word what a big goal this could be. Huddersfield may need a sat nav to find the Chelsea penalty area but once they get there they score! It's a long ball over the top from Aaron Mooy, big bad Laurent Depoitre is in and once Willy Caballero comes charging out, the big man takes advantage of the bounce to slot in.

Pile on on the sidelines. Yorkshire! Yorkshire!

  14. CLOSE!published at 20:51 British Summer Time 9 May 2018

    Chelsea 0-0 Huddersfield

Not quite as bad as his miss in the first half but another presentable chance for Antonio Rudiger! He heads Willian's free-kick over as Eden Hazard is sent out to warm up.

  15. KICK-OFFpublished at 20:49 British Summer Time 9 May 2018

And away we go in the east midlands too. Leicester were excellent in that first half. Arsene Wenger's away day hangover continues to brew.

    Stephen Warnock
Ex-Liverpool defender on BBC Radio 5 live

I just wonder how fit he is after the ankle injury, because they are so tough to come back from. He has got the Golden Boot and the World Cup in the back of his mind and he may have rushed back to action because of it.
