It's two different systems and Chelsea have just got the lion's share at the moment. The game's just settling down.

If Chelsea win tonight then on paper they have had a very good season, as good as they could have imagined, probably. But I also get why Sarri is under pressure.

They're not the most exciting side to watch are they? Controlled, steady possession. And if you take Eden Hazard out of this XI it's an even steadier side...

Arsenal have some possession for the first time, they spread it from wing to wing, looking for space, but Ainsley Maitland-Niles loses it and has to foul Eden Hazard.

This is the camera angle I liked to use on Pro Evo back in my university days, but my housemates would want to zoom in. Miles away from the pitch.

It's a thumbs up from me but probably not great if you're watching on a tablet. Chelsea dominate the early ball.

    Arsenal

IF Arsenal win and make it into next season's Champions League, it doesn't mean that another English side miss out. They would have five teams in.

Here's who goes where IF Arsenal win.

Champions League: Manchester City, Liverpool, Chelsea, Tottenham, Arsenal

    Europa League: Manchester United, Wolves

If Chelsea win, just move Arsenal down to the Europa League pile.

Baku is the largest city in the world located below sea level, I read, and the home town of Garry Kasparov.

I absolutely do not want to see 'a tactical chess match' tonight.

  12. 'Sarri has to show more control'published at 19:55 British Summer Time 29 May 2019

    Chelsea v Arsenal (20:00 BST)

    Andy Townsend
Ex-Chelsea midfielder on BBC Radio 5 live

At the start of the season there was that noticeable uplift with Chelsea that new managers bring. Then all of a sudden they got to that tricky period, they got a couple of pastings, and he kept repeating himself, saying 'I can't seem to affect the mentality of my players'. As a manager, if you can't do that, you're setting yourself up, especially if you go public with it.

Maurizio Sarri was a bit emotional yesterday and he's shown that once or twice before, with the Kepa situation. I think he's got to show he's in control of these boys a bit more, and be a bit more ruthless when he has to be.

Three English sides have won the Uefa Cup/Europa League since the turn of the century.

Liverpool beat Alaves 5-4 in an absolute classic in 2001, Chelsea then won this in 2013 with a last-minute Branislav Ivanovic header, and then Manchester United outclassed Ajax two years ago.
