Eden Hazard is compared to Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo for the level of his attacking performances and, like those two, he has adapted his game to become harder to stop.
In the past, you would only see Eden at the top end of the pitch where he was relying on getting the right service, whereas now he will come deep like Messi does for Barcelona and pick the ball up from his defence.
He is actually just as dangerous when you are in your defensive shape. Even when you have your 10 men behind the ball, which Arsenal will at times, he can still find a route through.
That's why I rate him as highly as Messi or Ronaldo, and in the very top echelons as a footballing talent, because he can open the door in that scenario too.

I like Sokratis and he is a committed defender but Eden Hazard is so clever he can suck him into places he doesn't want to go and I worry about that inside left position for Arsenal.

Maurizio Sarri admits that it's a risk to start N'Golo Kante tonight.
Last game of the season? Go all in.

I think it will be Eden Hazard's last game for Chelsea. He has been an unbelievable player in the Premier League and he leads the team.
He runs the game and drops deep to pick up the ball. If he is to go to Real Madrid the timing is perfect for him because he will want to go there at his peak.
Chelsea v Arsenal (20:00 BST)
Chelsea are the first team to play a major European final without a player from their home nation in their starting XI since Inter Milan vs Bayern Munich in the 2010 Champions League final.
Players to limp off early in finals? I'm thinking Diego Costa, Harry Kewell (at least twice?)

There's an element of risk to this selection but N'Golo Kante makes such a difference to the way Chelsea play. There's certain players you feel could nurse their way through the game but I don't see it with him.
He's such an all-action player, he's box to box, and if he's not right then I think it's going to show up pretty early.

Every fan who has made it here from the UK has got a story to tell, normally involving spending hundreds of pounds and going round the houses.
They're all glad they came, and everyone I spoke to is definitely enjoying Baku and the friendly welcome they are getting from the locals... but it is fair to say they are not such big fans of Uefa.

Olivier Giroud is the top goalscorer in this competition and he gives Chelsea that presence at the top of the pitch to build off. You assume that Chelsea will have more of the ball tonight and it will be interesting to see how they work the ball wide before crossing into Giroud.
Chelsea v Arsenal (20:00 BST)
Tonight is the third Uefa Europa League final between clubs from the same nation, the first having brought Portugal's Porto a 1-0 win in Dublin against Braga in 2011 before Atletico Madrid defeated Athletic Bilbao 3-0 in an all-Spanish encounter in Bucharest 12 months later.
We don't want to go all the way to Baku for a 1-0 do we?
Chelsea v Arsenal (20:00 BST)
The biggest news in Chelsea's team is that N'Golo Kante is passed fit even though he trained separately yesterday with a knee injury.
Olivier Giroud, the joint top scorer with the Europa League, gets the nod over Gonzalo Higuain up front.
Antonio Rudiger, Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Callum Hudson-Odoi all miss out through injury.
Arsenal go with Petr Cech in goal for the final game of his career. The Gunners play a front two of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette with Mesut Ozil behind them.
As we already knew, Aaron Ramsey is injured and Henrikh Mkhitaryan is left at home for safety reasons.
This is Petr Cech's final day as a professional footballer. We'd better hope that his best days are behind him or he's made a very, very bad call...

I'm surprised that Petr Cech is playing. He's at that point in his career where his best days are behind him. He should be playing that experienced, supporting role, and making sure that Bernd Leno is in tip-top nick, that he's trained and prepared well.

Former West Brom manager on BBC Radio 5 Live
If it was a straight choice between the two goalkeepers, I would have gone for Bernd Leno but you don't know what promises may have been made. Some managers do that and Unai Emery may be honouring a pledge he has made.
I think Leno's ability on the back pass surpasses Cech. Arsenal's set-up with Ozil in that number 10 will be interesting because he is going to have to challenge Jorginho. N'Golo Kante playing is a big bonus for Chelsea.

Chelsea have won the very best prizes over the last however many years. Petr Cech put that out there and has laid down the gauntlet to the Arsenal boys. He said that Chelsea, as a club, are geared up to winning more than Arsenal are, that it hurts them more to lose. Now it's up to the players to react.
Chelsea v Arsenal (20:00 BST)
Chelsea
Chelsea have midfielder N'Golo Kante fit enough to start, even though he looked pretty second hand in training the other day.
Olivier Giroud starts up front too. Full teams to come.
Chelsea v Arsenal (20:00 BST)
Alan Pardew
Former Newcastle manager
One of the big things for the Gunners to get right in Baku is how they go about stopping Eden Hazard. There is no way their tactics or formation will not address that issue in some way.
If they treat him like a normal player then he is going to embarrass one of their defenders and be a big threat, so they will have to have some kind of security policy around him.

I thought Petr Cech would play and I think it is the wrong decision. You have to play your best team in a cup final and Bernd Leno is a better goalkeeper is than Cech.
