Even when you count international supporters - and there are lots of them for both teams - there are a lot more Arsenal fans in Baku than their Chelsea counterparts. Going to be interesting to see how that affects things in the stadium later - I am expecting the neutral areas to contain quite a lot of Gunners.

I'm not going to get into the whys, the why nots and the where elses about having this final in Baku.

But you can't deny that it looks the part.

A fine stadium for what is hopefully a fine final.

    A London derby, in Azerbaijan.

Unai Emery and Maurizio Sarri clash 2,500 miles from home, with a trophy and a place in the Champions League at stake.

    For Arsenal, anyway.

It may have been nearer to London to play this final in Mali or in Cairo but Uefa should span the continent at times, right?

I might not be saying that if I was trying to book a flight but it is what it is, as they say.

We've had a bit of a break from top-flight action but now we're back in business.

    All set?
