  1. HALF-TIMEpublished at 18:51 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Brentford 0-1 Charlton

Brentford have huffed and puffed but they are a goal down which is what matters.

Macauley Bonne's header gives Charlton the lead at the break.

  2. Postpublished at 18:48 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Forest right-back Matty Cash flashes in a cross.

Harrison Reed dives in to try and get a head on it and Joe Bryan sticks out a boot and the ball goes behind at the far post.

    That could have gone anywhere.

Then the hosts ask for a penalty after the ball strikes Anthony Knockaert in the box. Nothing is given.

  3. HALF-TIMEpublished at 18:48 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

Luton lead Barnsley in the battle of the bottom two at Kenilworth Road.

Luke Berry's goal separates the teams, but Barnsley have had several chances to equalise and this one is far from over.

  4. HALF-TIMEpublished at 18:46 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Reading 0-0 Huddersfield

No goals at the Madejski Stadium, both sides have been going for it but nothing to show for it yet.

Huddersfield have had the better share of the opportunities though.

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Forest go route one as keeper Brice Samba kicks downfield.

The ball bounces once and evades the away defence, before Nuno da Costa sends a looping header goalwards.

Marek Rodak has to be alert to gather just in front of his goal line.

Fulham are now 10 minutes away from a third successive win.

Scott Parker's side will be four points behind second-placed West Brom, and keeping their automatic promotion hopes alive in the process, if they can hold on.

  6. Postpublished at 18:45 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Brentford 0-1 Charlton

Some brilliant defending for the visitors as Bryan Mbeumo and Josh Dasilva both have efforts from the edge of the box for Brentford but both are well blocked.

    Luton 1-0 Barnsley

Barnsley go close yet again, but Luton goalkeeper Simon Sluga pushes Cauley Woodrow's header onto the crossbar.

    Reading 0-0 Huddersfield

Good work from Reading - John Swift puts in George Puscas who gets the shot off but Huddersfield keeper Jonas Lossl does very well with the save.

That's the best chance of the game so far for either side.

  9. Postpublished at 18:39 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Fulham left-back Joe Bryan flashes a low ball across the Forest box following a corner, but no-one in a white shirt is anywhere near getting on the end of it.

Midfielder Stefan Johansen and winger Anthony Knockaert are on for the visitors, with just over 15 minutes remaining.

Time for drinks in the second half at the City Ground.

Forest had just had a good break, but both Alfa Semedo and Ben Watson refused to pull the trigger from inside the area, and the move fizzles out.

Fulham goalscorer Harry Arter needs some treatment in the meantime.

    Reading 0-0 Huddersdield

Reading have not really created anything so far but Huddersfield have had a few chances, most recently with Karlan Grant who has put a couple of efforts wide.

    Luton 1-0 Barnsley

Cauley Woodrow is the next Barnsley player to go close to an equaliser.

His low left-footed is kept out by Simon Sluga.

I'll be amazed if this one ends 1-0.

  13. Postpublished at 18:33 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Alfa Semedo strikes at goal from 25 yards out.

The shot takes a deflection and is heading towards the bottom right-hand corner, but Fulham keeper Marek Rodak dives to his left to save.

Forest showing a bit more intent now.

Said Benrahma curls a shot just wide of the far post for Brentford with the defender in front of him, he's done well to get the shot off but it's just wide.

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Another roll of the dice by Reds boss Sabri Lamouchi.

Midfielder Alfa Semedo comes on for Tiago Silva.

Forest will have to settle for a play-offs unless they can find a couple of quick goals.

There hasn't been a great deal of goalmouth action in the 20 minutes since the break.

Harry Arter's goal has been the one moment of quality in this game.

  16. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 18:29 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Brentford 0-1 Charlton

All that Brentford pressure and it's Charlton who hit the bar TWICE.

A corner comes straight off the bar and it then falls to Jason Pearce who hits a superb volley and it comes off the woodwork again.

    Could have been 2-0 there.

  17. Postpublished at 18:24 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Luton 1-0 Barnsley

Conor Chaplin has to do better there - the ball drops for the Barnsley striker on his left foot six yards out, but he sends his effort over.

Time for drinks in the pouring rain at Kenilworth Road.

  18. Postpublished at 18:24 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Brentford 0-1 Charlton

Some more Brentford pressure, this time it's Christian Norgaard who has a crack from 25 yards but he fizzes the shot just wide past the post after some good work down the left from Josh Dasilva who set him up.

Charlton still lead thanks to Macauley Bonne's early goal.

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Forest make their third chance, as winger Adama Diakhaby replaces Sammy Ameobi.

The hosts immediately win a corner, with just over half an hour left.

  20. Postpublished at 18:21 British Summer Time 7 July 2020

    Nottm Forest 0-1 Fulham

Forest play Lewis Grabban in behind the keeper and the striker draws Fulham keeper Marek Rodak into a save from a narrow angle.

But the offside flag is up - Grabban was narrowly ahead of the visiting defence.
