Fulham centre-back Michael Hector shoots at goal from all of 40 yards.

    It's high and wide.

It sums up this game so far that it's even worth a mention. It's been quite the stalemate.

He strikes at goal from about 30 yards out and it dips narrowly over Brice Samba's goal.

That is the visitors' first proper shot at the Forest goal.

Forest have been brighter since the drinks break, but are still struggling to cut through the Fulham defence.

There are appeals for a penalty after Sammy Ameobi cut in from the left and his cross hits Denis Odoi - but the right-back's arm is right in front of his body.

Ameobi then puts in a dangerous cross which is nodded behind by Joe Bryan.

It's time for drinks at the City Ground after 22 minutes.

Neither side have come close to a breakthrough. Forest forward Joe Lolley is getting some treatment during the break.

The top two, Leeds and West Brom, won't exactly be quaking in their boots if they are watching this one.

Lewis Grabban capitalises on an error by Tim Ream on halfway, and is suddenly up against Michael Hector and the Fulham keeper.

But Hector does enough to hold up the Forest striker on the edge of the box, and Grabban's eventual effort doesn't have much pace on it.

It's an easy gather for visiting keeper Marek Rodak.

A quarter of an hour gone, and we are yet to have a shot on target from either side.

Fulham left-back Joe Bryan has just headed a dangerous Joe Lolley corner from the right behind his own goal, and Fulham clear the resulting set-piece.

The last five meetings between these sides in all competitions at the City Ground have seen 23 goals scored at an average of 4.6 per game.

This match has not sparked into life so far.

Fulham win their first corner of the match as Ivan Cavaleiro gets in behind the home defence and sees his cross from the byline deflected behind.

Forest don't totally clear the danger and Tobias Figueiredo has to head behind under pressure.

The hosts then manage to the clear their lines after winning a free-kick.

Forest fashion their first chance of the game as Joe Lolley cuts in from the right and sends a shot a good few yards wide of the Fulham goal from outside the box.

Lolley is convinced it was deflected behind - but the officials aren't buying it.

Fulham are without suspended top scorer Aleksandar Mitrovic and injured skipper Tom Cairney this evening.

Bobby Decordova-Reid leads the line for the visitors, who have had plenty of the ball in the opening three minutes.

Neeskens Kebano has just flashed a wayward ball across the Forest box from the left.

No Neil Godwin though. He's more of a rugby man.
