Entertainment data company Gracenote say Liverpool have 99% chance of progressing to the knockout stages of the Champions League.

Simon Gleave, head of sports analysis at Nielsen's Gracenote said, "Liverpool's 1-0 win in Amsterdam last week reduced the chance of Ajax qualifying and thus made it even more likely that the Reds will play in the knockout stages. The Euro Club Index now estimates that chance at 99%, up 2% from last week."

Far be it for me to tell Kingsley Coman, the man who scored the winner in the final just a few months ago, how to finish but that's a bad miss. The French winger scuffs a volley against the post after Bayern had again raided down the Russians' right.

Bayern have now scored in 39 of their last 40 matches in all competitions, with the only exception a 0-0 Bundesliga home draw against Leipzig on 9 February. Leon Goretzka's header a few minutes ago was Bayern's 133rd goal in those 40 fixtures, averaging 3.3 goals per match.

Looks like they've made a nice job of it.
