    Crystal Palace 0-0 Wolves

Lovely control from Patrick van Aanholt to bring a diagonal ball down on the left. He manages to poke it to Wilfried Zaha but Michy Batshuayi loses possession just inside the box.

Leander Dendoncker then curls a cross in for Wolves at the other end as Pedro Neto broke away but he gets too much on it.

  2. Postpublished at 15:21 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

Fernandinho lofts a good aerial ball into Gabriel Jesus. It's good defending by Chris Basham to tackle the City striker and win a goal-kick too.

  3. HITS THE WOODWORKpublished at 15:20 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    West Brom 0-1 Fulham

Should be 2-0 to Fulham as again Bobby Decordova-Reid is slipped through on the right and he has a similar shooting angle to the first goal but this time his low strike smacks against the base of the far post.

Paul Collins: Fulham look a lot better team than West Brom. Allardyce isn't saving this team.

Daryl Wing: West Brom are making Fulham look like world beaters.

Nelson Semedo and Pedro Neto link-up on the left before Daniel Podence curls one into the six-yard area.

New boy Willian Jose doesn't read it and it rolls out for a goal kick.

  6. Postpublished at 15:19 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

It's all City, like an attack v defence training session really. An Ilkay Gundogan free-kick bounces off a couple of Blades defenders before they hack it clear.

  7. Postpublished at 15:17 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Wolves

Jordan Ayew takes a thumping as he goes for a header near the touchline. Luka Milivojevic tries to be clever with the free-kick, putting it down the line for Wilfried Zaha, but he's overcooked it.

Zaha can't hide his frustration, gesturing to him to just put it in the box.

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

Fifteen minutes in and both goalkeepers have only had one touch of the ball. I'm sure Aaron Ramsdale wishes he'd had two...

In fact he does get a second touch now, his first save, as Bernardo Silva heads straight at him.

It was terrible play by Ethan Ampadu, who was trying to head it back to his keeper but played in the Portuguese instead.

    West Brom 0-1 Fulham

Fulham are flying after that opener and come forward again as Aleksandar Mitrovic - who has started this game superbly - sends Ruben Loftus-Cheek away. The midfielder's shot is a good one but Sam Johnstone saves.

    Excellent start by the visitors.

  10. Rare Gabriel Jesus strikepublished at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

    Simon Stone
BBC Sport at the Etihad Stadium

It's amazing to think Gabriel Jesus had not scored in the Premier League since November.

He actually scored in his first two games of the season - and nothing since.

There is a sharpness about Manchester City's play in the opening 10 minutes that was not evident from Manchester United when they lost to Sheffield United on Wednesday.

  11. 'Very, very good'published at 15:13 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    West Brom 0-1 Fulham

    Dion Dublin
Former Man Utd striker on BBC One

That was a very tidy goal from the boys in the yellow shirts.

They passed it round well, so patiently. The awareness to know where their players are. It's very, very good.

  12. Postpublished at 15:12 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

Sheffield United are straight on the attack but George Baldock's cross is cleared. They hope for a corner but it never goes out of play.

Chris Wilder won't be happy with his side's (lack of) defending for the goal.

    BIG goal!

Fulham's first real attack results in the opener after a lovely team move.

Ademola Lookman starts it as he plays a great ball to Aleksandar Mitrovic on the edge of the West Brom box. The forward takes a touch and then plays a clever ball through the defence for Bobby Decordova-Reid to race onto and place a fine finish into the back of the net.

  15. 'Missed tackles'published at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

    Rob Green
Former England goalkeeper on BBC Radio 5 Live

Of all the tactics Man City use, lobbing a hopeful ball forward isn't one you'd expect. If you miss two tackles inside your penalty area like Sheffield United have there, then you're dead. It was a simple square pass from Ferran Torres and Gabriel Jesus scored.

Critical moments like that you have to get right if you're Chris Wilder's team. They haven't and they're behind.

  16. Postpublished at 15:11 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Man City 1-0 Sheff Utd

Gabriel Jesus had not scored in his last nine Premier League games. In fact it's only his third league goal of the season.

Jesus has never lost a Premier League game when he has scored (W35 D1).

  17. CLOSE!published at 15:10 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Wolves

Michy Batshuayi has had some really nice touches. Wilfried Zaha spins and feeds him the ball on the edge.

Batshuayi tees up Nathaniel Clyne to his right and he blasts it just over the bar.

  18. goal

GOAL - Man City 1-0 Sheff Utdpublished at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Gabriel Jesus (9 mins)

Good work from Ferran Torres and Manchester City lead.

Torres gets the ball on the right side of the box as Jayden Bogle tries to hold him off. The Spaniard is on the ground but Bogle lets him get to his feet and then skip in between him and another Blades player.

Torres pulls it across to Gabriel Jesus, who is unmarked six yards out, and takes about three touches to compose himself before blasting home.

  19. CLOSE!published at 15:08 Greenwich Mean Time 30 January 2021

    Crystal Palace 0-0 Wolves

Really nice play from Palace down the left. It comes into Michy Batshuayi, who tees up Wilfried Zaha.

He strikes it cleanly but it's just wide of the right post. Decent effort!

Sam Allardyce is well wrapped up with his face just about visible inside the big hood of the big coat he has got on. The snow does seem to have subsided a bit.

Allardyce will be pretty happy with what he has seen from his West Brom side so far. They are passing the ball around well.
