    Newcastle's results have not been great, you can't get away from that, and managers' jobs are always on the line when the team isn't playing well. But there were some Newcastle fans that wanted Steve Bruce out before they'd even kicked a ball.

    This season, it's not gone well for him. You can't make excuses but losing Callum Wilson was a massive injury, and they lost Miguel Almiron for a while as well. Can you see this ending well? No.

    Newcastle badly need a lift and a win but it is hard to see them getting either here. If fans were allowed into grounds then the Toon Army would be laying into the Magpies, and rightly so.

    Tottenham have had their problems recently too, but they were decent in their win over Aston Villa last time out.

    Judith Taylor: Tom, aren't you being a little previous with your Ken Wolstenholme statement? Surely the comeback is complete when the final whistle blows. Knowing Southampton this could end up 4-3 too Burnley.

    Graham Green: I’m as delighted as any Saints fan would be after those three goals, but I’ve been around long enough (and especially this season) to know there’s still lots of time to throw this lead away.

    Theo Walcott drives at Burnley and finds Danny Ings, his touch on the edge of the box is secure and he gets a shot off. Nick Pope makes a brilliant save but Walcott is there, picks up the rebound and stands up a cross to the back post.

    It's not easy for Nathan Redmond, sort of hip-high, but he controls the volley down and in past a crowd of bodies in the goalmouth.
