    Chelsea attack, Leicester clear.

    Chelsea attack, Leicester clear.

This game is just stuck on repeat at the moment.

Kirstie Levell comes out and clears everybody out of the way to claim a corner. Brilliant keeping.

Leicester have remained really switched on today.

Chelsea have definitely had their chances in this game but they need a goal now.

  3. Postpublished at 77 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Chelsea have notched up 20 attempts now, but they've only had seven on target. Their expected goals is just 1.12 too.

"Stay patient" screams one of the dugouts. This is getting nervy. Leicester are starting to look a bit leggy, but they are also looking incredibly resolute.

  4. Postpublished at 75 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Another Chelsea chance comes and and is wasted. Guro Reiten sends in a delicious free-kick from the left and the stretching Fran Kirby sends her header over the bar.

Pernille Harder was unmarked behind her.

  5. Postpublished at 14:04 British Summer Time 10 October 2021

    Reading 0-0 Aston Villa

Before the game got under way the Reading and Aston Villa players and officials linked arms in the centre circle in a show of solidarity after the NWSL sexual abuse story in the past two weeks.

  6. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 73 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Final change for the hosts.

Scotland international Erin Cuthbert replaces Magdalena Eriksson.

It means a reshuffle for the hosts, with Niamh Charles going into the back three.

Leicester brought on Paige Bailey-Gayle and Esmee de Graaf for Shannon O'Brien and Tash Flint a minute or two ago too.

  7. CLOSE!published at 72 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Chelsea know they can't afford to lose points today and potentially lose more ground on Arsenal at the top of the WSL. They are doing everything at 100mph an hour at the moment.

A short corner works its way to Pernille Harder at the back post, but her curling effort drifts just wide of the far post.

  8. KICK-OFFpublished at 14:01 British Summer Time 10 October 2021

Brighton 0-0 Tottenham; Reading 0-0 Aston Villa

And we are under way at both Brighton and Reading now.

  9. CLOSE!published at 69 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Another Kirstie Levell save.

Ji So-yun weaves a ball through the Leicester defence, and a Guro Reiten cut-back is stepped over by Fran Kirby for the stretching Pernille Harder to drill towards goal, but Levell saves well with her feet.

This is becoming attack v defence.

  10. Postpublished at 67 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Hmmmm.

The referee awards Leicester a free-kick after Pernille Harder looks to take down a long ball with Georgia Brougham challenging.

It looked like Brougham caught Harder if anything, but the referee sees it differently.

  11. 'Kirby wasn't sure which way to go'published at 13:56 British Summer Time 10 October 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Samantha Miller
Ex-Tottenham, West Ham and London Bees player on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Fran Kirby is carrying the ball well for Chelsea but she wasn’t quite sure which way to go there.

Leicester did well defensively and made it hard for Kirby to make a decision.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONSpublished at 65 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Another double change for Chelsea.

Ji So-yun and Guro Reiten replace Sophie Ingle and Jonna Andersson.

    The depth is ridiculous.

  13. Postpublished at 64 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

More good goalkeeping from Kirstie Levell.

Fran Kirby looks to slide a ball in behind for Sam Kerr to latch onto, but Levell is out quickly to smother the danger.

  14. 'Levell has been outstanding'published at 13:52 British Summer Time 10 October 2021

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Samantha Miller
Ex-Tottenham, West Ham and London Bees player on BBC Radio 5 live sports extra

Kirstie Levell will be in contention for player of the match if she carries on this way.

She’s been outstanding in stopping Chelsea.

  15. GREAT SAVE!published at 61 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    WHAT A SAVE!

Fran Kirby finds some space down the left and she dinks a delicious ball onto the head of Sam Kerr and her powerful header is sent over the bar by Kirstie Levell's face.

Brilliant bravery from the Leicester stopper.

  16. CLOSE!published at 59 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Almost! More good play from Chelsea.

They work the ball out wide to Jonna Andersson again, and she digs the ball out for Fran Kirby, who lays it back for Jessie Fleming, but the ball gets stuck under her feet and it is a fairly comfortable save for Kirstie Levell at her near post.

  17. CLOSE!published at 58 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Ufff!

Sophie Ingle is given far too much time outside the area, with the Leicester defenders backing off, and the Wales captain lines one up and the ball takes a deflection and skims just wide of the target.

    The hosts are getting closer.

  18. Postpublished at 56 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Almost for the visitors.

Molly Pike weights a ball through to Jess Sigsworth, but her touch lets her down and the ball dribbles away and Zecira Musovic is able to come to the edge of her box to gather.

That would have been a turn up for the books.

  19. Postpublished at 54 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

Chelsea are dominating at the moment.

Magdalena Eriksson dinks a cross in, and it ends up looping onto the roof of the net, before Fran Kirby attempts an audacious lob, that is easily gathered by Kirstie Levell.

  20. CLOSE!published at 50 mins

    Chelsea 0-0 Leicester

    Off the line!

The corner ends up looping up for Chelsea captain Magdalena Eriksson and her header is deflected towards goal, but Jess Sigsworth does brilliantly to turn the ball away, off the line.

There is no goalline technology or VAR in the WSL, but the replays show it is comfortably hooked back in time.

Sigsworth is down and receiving treatment for a wrist injury, after landing awkwardly.
