We will have goal updates from both.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
Tottenham make a triple substitution as Chioma Ubogagu replaces Amy Turner, Celin Ildhusøy comes on for Asmita Ale and Jessica Naz makes way for Kerys Harrop.
The changes have an immediate effect as Tottenham look to have received a new lease of life.
Reading, meanwhile, bring on Charlie Wellings for captain Emma Harries.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
Drew Spence's shot is well held by Jacqueline Burns - the Reading keeper being tested moments after receiving treatment.

It's just too slow for Spurs in that final third. They are not moving the ball quickly enough. Everything is being played in front of the Reading back line.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
What happened there? Drew Spence just misses her footing as she looks set to pull the trigger. It's been one of those days for the Tottenham player, who missed an early opportunity in this second half.
There is a break in play as Reading goalkeeper Jacqueline Burns receives some treatment but she looks OK to continue.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
Sanne Troelsgaard seizes on the second ball, after Tottenham head clear a free-kick into the box, and puts a shot just wide of the far post.
Will Reading come to regret these missed chances?
Reading 1-0 Tottenham

Former England midfielder on BBC Red Button
There is so much commitment and aggression from this Reading team. Even from a Tottenham clearance, the Reading players wanted to keep it alive and keep the ball in play. Spurs are just plodding out.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
Fair play to Reading. They have not panicked after coming under early pressure from Tottenham.
Kelly Chambers side are depleted by illness but continue to play their football, playing the ball out from the back and testing Spurs with their precision passing.
They don't look like they have only won one league match this season.
Lauren Wade puts in what looked like a great delivery from the left but misses her intended target.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
It's Reading's chance to miss from close range.
Sanne Troelsgaard does superbly to control a Faye Bryson cross, turning on a sixpence before firing towards the near post.
The ball seems to hit Lauren Ward just a yard out and bounces behind but credit to Tottenham goalkeeper Becky Spence, who does well to put her off.
The Spurs stopper then pulls off an amazing point-blank save to deny Troelsgaard, sticking out her right arm to turn behind her toe poke from six yards out.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
Fara Williams
Former England midfielder on BBC Red Button
Tottenham have to be more competitive. I don't think they've showed much aggression in their defensive attitude towards first and second contacts. They have to increase their intensity and bring the ball forward a lot more.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
The ball falls to Drew Spence just yards out and the Jamaican international looks set to score but blazes wide.
An early warning for Reading there, who have had to replace Deanna Cooper at half time due to illness. Diane Caldwell is on in her place.
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
The players are back out and we are under way in the second half. Big 45 minutes coming up for Reading, who can move seven points clear of bottom side Leicester with victory here.
HT: Reading 1-0 Tottenham

Former England defender on BBC Red Button
Reading would be really pleased with the way they've approached this game because they are playing quickly out from the back, utilising the wide areas and able to get numbers up the pitch.

Emma Harries has created incredible chances for Reading who is leading from the front. Really good in the counter press to try and win the ball back higher up the pitch.

I think Spurs will consider themselves lucky to only being a goal down. They can have a conversation at half-time and come out with a new game plan.
HT: Reading 1-0 Tottenham
It is important to put Reading's dominant first-half performance into context here.
The camp has been laid low with flu this week - not ideal preparation for a side that has struggled for points this season.
A second win of the campaign would be just reward for such a Herculean effort, but Tottenham will have plenty to say about that.
Will Reading have the stamina to keep this up for 90 minutes?
Reading 1-0 Tottenham
That is the last act of the first half as Reading take a deserved lead into the break.
It could have been worse though, for Tottenham, who have goalkeeper Becky Spencer to thank for the fact they are still within touching distance.
