Having a back five does invite pressure, for the next 10 minutes they are going to be facing attack after attack Manchester City.

Manchester United have won three and drawn three of their opening six WSL matches this season. We're in the 84th minute and they need to score twice to avoid a first league loss of the campaign.

And here are those changes. Chloe Kelly and Yui Hasegawa are off for Manchester City, Steph Houghton and Laura Coombs on to tighten things up at the back.

Lucia Garcia tries her luck with a dipping effort from 30 yards. It may have hit the post, it may have then bounced in, but City goalkeeper Khiara Keating makes sure neither of those things happen by diving across goal to parry it away.

Marc Skinner goes on the attack with a double substitution. Ella Toone and Lisa Naalsund off, Hinata Miyazawa and Rachel Williams come on.

She was booked earlier in the match for that flailing arm on Ella Toone. Two very avoidable bookings.

What is Laia Aleixandri doing?

You do not need to foul her there, there were four players behind the ball. Pure stupidity and it could allow Manchester United back into the game.

Lucia Garcia instantly makes an impact. She gets the ball in her own half, runs through the centre of the park, but it comes to an abrupt end as Laia Aleixandri grabbed her arm and pulled her back.

She was already on a yellow card after being booked earlier in the second half for flinging a hand in Ella Toone's face and Aleixandri is off.

Manchester City, 3-1 ahead, are down to 10 for the rest of this match.

A lifeline for United.
