  1. 'Forest need to get into the channels and look for a cut back'published at 19:27 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

    Stephen Kelly
Former Tottenham defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

The middle of the pitch is so congested that Forest have to try and work the ball out wide. They need to get into the channels and find a way to cut the ball back.

At the moment they are putting high crosses in and the likes of Burn, Botman and Schar will love dealing with those, they'll just keep heading the ball away time after time.

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

Anthony Elanga charges down the left-hand side and tries to pull it back for Divock Origi but Dan Burn is there to block the danger.

Morgan Gibbs-White has a go from range but his curling effort is not quite whipped with enough power and it goes wide.

For all their good work, Forest haven't had a shot on target in this half.

  3. Postpublished at 19:26 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

Frustration from the home fans as Anthony Elanga runs into a Newcastle shirt and goes down but referee Anthony Taylor shakes his head. Nothing in that.

    Still time for Forest.

Into the final minute of the 90 but we'll have six more added on.

It's got a little bit scrappy, to be honest.

  5. 'Newcastle happy to see result out'published at 19:21 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

    Stephen Kelly
Former Tottenham defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

You can see now that Newcastle are almost dropping into a back five out of possession, Dan Burn has gone in at left centre back with Sven Botman in the middle and Fabian Schar on the right.

They are happy to just try and see this result out, get a win on the road and a big three points.

It's been a pretty good game, this, until these last few minutes. All the substitutions have just taken some of the momentum out of it.

Last season when Newcastle went ahead I was confident we would stay there. This season even a 2 goal cushion is a worry.

Less than 10 minutes for Newcastle to see this one out. If they can they will move up to seventh in the Premier League, nine points off the top four.

Forest would remain 16th, two points off the drop.

  9. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 19:16 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

Newcastle make a change of their own. Off comes 17-year-old midfielder Lewis Miley and on comes defender Tino Livramento.

Eddie Howe wants his side to close this one off.

  10. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 19:13 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

Another change for the home side. Danilo replaces Nicolas Dominguez.

Even since the goal Forest have been on top, they think they can get back in this.

  11. Postpublished at 19:10 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

Nottingham Forest have around 15 minutes to turn this around for a third time. Divock Origi's effort flies over the bar via a deflection so Forest will have a corner.

    Nothing comes of it, though.

  12. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 19:08 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

Another chance for Nuno Tavares and he does really well to skip past his defender. But again the shot is all power and not on target.

On comes American midfielder Gio Reyna for his home debut, he replaces captain Ryan Yates.

Forest came out at the start of the second half full of energy and it looked like they were in the ascendancy, creating chances and looking dangerous.

For Newcastle to then go down the other end and re-take the lead again will be a blow. It will be interesting to see how Forest react to being behind again.

You can tell Newcastle have "made it" as a big team. That's a penalty all day long if it's the other way around. Shocking stuff.

    Chris, Manchester

Another awful decision, contact from both defender knocking Awonyi off balance and then contact from the keeper bringing him down, 2 penalty challenges take your pick

    Tom, Fuming Forest fan

As a neutral, this is just CRAZY. Forest were robbed.

  15. SUBSTITUTIONpublished at 19:04 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

On comes Divock Origi for Taiwo Awoniyi. Nottingham Forest will be really disappointed to have conceded that goal. They've probably been the better side in this second half and had a strong case for a penalty.

  16. 'Sensational finish from Guimaraes'published at 19:03 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-3 Newcastle

    Stephen Kelly
Former Tottenham defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

It is an absolutely sensational finish from Bruno Guimaraes.

He steps onto the ball and just caresses it into the bottom corner. Dan Burn stands across a defender to stop an attempted block on the shot, so it may be looked at by VAR, but take nothing away from the strike.

GOAL - Nottingham Forest 2-3 Newcastlepublished at 19:01 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Bruno Guimaraes (66 mins)

Anthony Elanga gives the ball away cheaply on the edge of the area and Bruno Guimaraes calmly finishes from the centre of the penalty box. A gorgeous finish into the bottom corner.

Newcastle have the lead for the third time in this match, can they hold onto it this time?

    Nottm Forest 2-2 Newcastle

Anthony Gordon has a pop from range but it's miles over the bar.

If Newcastle score soon you'd think Forest will probably feel pretty hard done by after that penalty decision.

  19. 'To me Dubravka lifts his arm to stop Awoniyi'published at 18:58 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-2 Newcastle

    Stephen Kelly
Former Tottenham defender on BBC Radio 5 Sports Extra

For me it looks like Martin Dubravka takes Taiwo Awoniyi out. It's a penalty. Dubravka's second arm catches Awoniyi's leg.

There is a lift in the arm from Dubravka to stop Awoniyi getting past him and to the ball. He doesn't need to do that, it needlessly creates contact. Newcastle have gotten away with one there.

  20. NO PENALTYpublished at 18:58 Greenwich Mean Time 10 February

    Nottm Forest 2-2 Newcastle

Well that is one that will be be talked about after this match, I reckon.

VAR had a good look but they didn't see enough in it for a penalty. There was contact from Martin Dubravka.
