An early dive into the pits for Pierre Gasly. But the stewards say it's a racing incident involving him, Stroll and Perez with no further punishment.
Ferrari, by the way, have been summoned to the stewards straight after the race for that potential Leclerc fuel infingement.

Chaotic! Hamilton is still leading but the two Ferraris are quick on the straight - Vettel was ahead into Turn Eight but Verstappen was later on the brakes and stayed ahead.
Lap 2/55
One lap gone, five places advanced by Valtteri Bottas. Started 20th, now 15th.
Pierre Gasly, on the podium last time out, has no front wing after getting hit by Lance Stroll at the start and that sent him into Sergio Perez.
Not good news for Gasly's hopes of finishing sixth in the championship.

Nico Huckenberg drops a couple of spots.
Hamilton, Verstappen, Leclerc and Vettel all get away cleanly so the top four stays the same.

Of the top 10, Vettel (fourth), Norris (sixth), Ricciardo (seventh), Sainz (eighth) and Hulkenberg (ninth) are on the softs. The rest of the top 10 are on the mediums as everyone gets away for the Formation Lap.

Francesca Gunn: Leclerc shouldn’t be racing if it’s illegal he could potentially influence the race, he could cause a crash, mess someone’s race... so why is something being done after!!
Charles Leclerc, despite being under investigation for a fuel infringement, is allowed to start so we begin like this.

Image source, Getty ImagesMax Verstappen starts second in his Red Bull alongside Lewis Hamilton but he does not sound that confident about his chances of beating Mercedes in the race. “It’s going to be hard,” he said. “I’m not going to lie but like I said, we’ll try everything we can as a team and we’ll see where we end up.”
Some good stirring from Red Bull boss Christian Horner on Sky Sports. Asked if Leclerc should be penalised, Horner says he is expecting Leclerc to be disqualified later on and questions why he is even starting.
We will see what happens later on.
