Scheffler -10, Smith -6 (10)
All of a sudden, there's someone else taking a share of second place...
Im -2, Lowry -3 (11)
Par for Lowry at 11 after a dodgy approach shot, but Im can't match that as he drops a shot here to slip back to two under.
Disappointing round so far from Im after the way he finished yesterday suggested he could have a low one in him.
Scheffler -10, Smith -6 (10)
That's travelling. Scottie Scheffler's chip scoots past the flag before putting on the brakes. And he can't make the return. "Wow,' he appears to mouth to his caddie.
Cam Smith should have a simple-ish par here to head to the 11th three back off the lead, but he's missed it too! It trickles right of the cup. Scheffler gets away with one there. A pair of bogeys.
Conners E, Willett E (12)
How will Danny Willett respond to a bogey at the 11th? By going straight into the sand on the 12th. Wasn't it a path on Saturday before taking par?
Anyway, once again he works his magic to card a three.
Corey Conners isn't so lucky going from the front bunker to then banking at the back and two putting for bogey.
This really is something else.
Scheffler -11, Smith -7 (9)
Well, with Cam Smith in the trees and Scottie Scheffler in the middle of the fairway, the leader might've been banking on his chances of extending his lead to five.
But he hooks his approach left of the green and it winds away down the slope, while Smith clips out and then pitches his third in to a very makeable spot.
McIlroy -6, Morikawa -2 (14)
Did that hit one of the patrons? Rory McIlroy's tee shot scoots off to the left on the par-five 15th.
What can he do from there?
Schwartzel +1, Thomas -1 (11)
Justin Thomas doing his best Ted Rogers impression (ask your dad) as he goes 3-2-1 in terms of back-to-back bogeys taking him from three under to one under.
It's a clumsy chip that does the damage on 11 and he may well have played his way out of it now.
McIlroy -6, Morikawa -2 (14)
Rory McIlroy's tee shot has not quite drifted as far left as first feared but with overhanging branches in the way he can't just drop his second on the dance floor.
He punches that one forward but it doesn't reach.
Oh my. What. A. Shot. McIlroy's chip is from the 2014 vintage, in to two feet, aiming it past the pin and then watching it roll back down to the cup. Sensational. Par saved.
Scheffler -11, Smith -7 (9)
Cam Smith is not happy with that drive, dragging it left into the pines. After an electric start, the Green Jacket appears to be slipping further out of sight for the Australian.

James Bamford: Rory on a proper charge....is the major record score in danger?
Jack Rule: I mean McIlroy couldn’t come back and do it could he? Could he?
Andrew Priestley: Rory McIlroy needs to understand why he plays so well when the pressure is off, so care-free. Once he understands that, he can harness and channel it into his preparation for the big events. He has been exquisite today, -7 thru 13 and it could have been even better!
McIlroy -6, Morikawa -2 (13)
Thoughts when statistics like this are being wheeled out....
And then you see Rory McIlroy go into the trees off the 14th tee! Arrrggghhh.

Scheffler -11, Smith -7 (9)
Cam Smith's birdie putt drifts agonisingly wide of the target but it'll be a prod-in par. Scottie Scheffler has a chance to move into a five-stroke lead here with a birdie putt of his own... ah! A shrug of the knees as it dips away at the last moment. The lead remains four as they hit the turn.
McIlroy -6 (13)
Iain Carter
BBC golf correspondent on BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra
The most striking thing about (Rory McIlroy's putt on the 13th), it was just the confidence of the putter.
It puts you in mind of the glory days of Rory and now let's see what he does down the closing stages of this last stretch.
McIlroy -6, Morikawa -2 (13)
What's the course record around here again? A 63?
Rory McIlroy is seven under today and could well threaten it the way he is going.
Im -3, Lowry -3 (9)
Back-to-back birdies for Shane Lowry moves him on to three under for the second time today - let's see if he can move on from here now.
Im Sung-jae makes a mess of his par putt though and that sees him drop a shot and slip back to three under as well.
Scheffler -11, Smith -7 (8)
Just a wedge into the green for Cam Smith but he can't find the top tier. Scottie Scheffler watches that and flicks his in closer to the pin. A couple of birdie chances as they hit the turn but it's the leader who'll be feeling more confident here.
McIlroy -6, Morikawa -2 (13)
Take. A. Bow.
Rory McIlroy nails his second on the par-five 13th, sweeping his ball into around eight feet. Some shot that. It deserves an eagle and gets one to a huge roar.
McIlroy drains his putt with total confidence. Is there a different slant on the leaderboard?
Anything you can do and all that...Collin Morikawa also drains his eagle putt.
Scheffler -11, Smith -7 (8)
Flushed down the middle from Scottie Scheffler with a lovely drive at nine. Cam Smith goes right, making the patrons dance to avoid his ball like they've just stepped into a scalding hot bath.
Should get a decent sight of the flag from there, mind.
Fleetwood +3 Kokrak +1 (11)
Absolutely nothing doing on Tommy Fleetwood's round and then he throws in two bogeys in two holes.
