    England 10-0 Scotland

    Gavin Hastings
Former Scotland full-back on BBC Radio 5 live

That was very poor defence from Scotland, for the first time in this championship.

This is not the start that Scotland wanted. They have been on the back foot from the off. England have massive confidence, it's been one-way traffic.

  3. Postpublished at 6 mins

    England 7-0 Scotland

England are rampant and running from everywhere.

Scotland - a man down - are in the centre of a storm.

Jack Nowell goes on a burst. Scotland infringe as they scamper across.

And Owen Farrell will take on the shot at goal...

  4. 'Take the yellow'published at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 11 March 2017

    England 0-0 Scotland

    Matt Dawson
England World Cup winner on BBC Radio 5 live

Fraser Brown is trying to reason with the referee.

He should get off and take the yellow card all day long there.

  5. try

Converted try - England 7-0 Scotlandpublished at 4 mins

    Jonathan Joseph (con Farrell)

And England take immediate advantage of the sin-binning of Fraser Brown.

They spin wide, Jonathan Joseph gets on the outside shoulder of Alex Dunbar and there is no way back for the Scotland centre.

Joseph serves up a palm-pie hand-off and scoots in.

    Owen Farrell slots the conversion.

  6. 'Red card would kill the game'published at 16:05 Greenwich Mean Time 11 March 2017

    England 0-0 Scotland

    Gavin Hastings
Former Scotland full-back on BBC Radio 5 live

He's another referee away from being a red card. I genuinely believe that.

If that had been a red card it would have killed the game stone dead.

  7. Sin-binpublished at 4 mins

    England 0-0 Scotland

Fraser Brown is going to be in trouble here.

The Scotland hooker has tip-tackled Elliot Daly well above the horizontal.

A sickening landing for the England wing. The referee has gone upstairs.

It could have been red. But, fortunately for Scotland, it is yellow.

Daly is up. Rather gingerly. He is going for an head assessment and Anthony Watson is on.

Scotland a man down for the next 10 minutes.

  8. Postpublished at 2 mins

    England 0-0 Scotland

Swing Low is swirling around the stands as Ben Youngs box-kicks clear and up to the halfway line for England.

First line-out dart from Fraser Brown finds its mark.

Scotland fly-half Finn Russell chips ahead, but that is meat and drink for Jack Nowell.

    England v Scotland (16:00 GMT)

    Paul Grayson
Former England fly-half on BBC Radio 5 live

Owen Farrell didn't punt off his left leg in the warm-up and I've just seen him jogging down the tunnel.

He's got classic, heavy dead-leg strapping on it.

England head coach Eddie Jones: "We've had great preparation and we're ready. They are well coached by Vern Cotter, they attack at the breakdown and they attack smartly.

Scotland head coach Vern Cotter:  "I think it is great my players find themselves in the situation of being in the fourth game and playing for silverware. But it hasn't been discussed.

"We want to keep improving and this is a good opportunity for us.

"But there is no added pressure. We already set high standards."

  19. Battle at fly-halfpublished at 15:43 Greenwich Mean Time 11 March 2017

    England v Scotland (16:00 GMT)

    Matt Dawson
England World Cup winner on BBC Radio 5 live

Finn Russell probably has the edge at fly-half.

He's performed consistently for club and country whereas George Ford maybe hasn't.

It's a huge afternoon for George Ford, he needs to prove he is world class. The stage doesn't get any bigger than this unless you're in the world cup quarters, semis or final.
