  2. Game and third setpublished at 16:33 British Summer Time 3 July 2016

    Zverev 3-6 4-6 6-4 Berdych

Well well well - The Kid takes a deep breath and pulls the Berdych serve apart - to 0-40, three set points, one saved with an ace, another with an overhead, but Berdych lets a forehand slide off his racquet and into the tramlines, and into a fourth we march. To the enormous pleasure of seemingly every patron on Centre.

  4. Andy's a great guy - Kyrgiospublished at 16:28 British Summer Time 3 July 2016

Nick Kyrgios talking about his fourth-round match against Andy Murray:

"I've got a game plan, we both know what to expect and I'm really looking forward to it. It should be fun.

"I know what to do but it's hard to execute it against such a top player like him.

"Andy and I joke a lot, there's a lot of banter, he's pretty relaxed. He's a great guy, he backs me up a lot and it's good to have one of the best players in the world on your side. I see him more than I see my family sometimes."

  6. Berdych breaks backpublished at 16:21 British Summer Time 3 July 2016

    Zverev 3-6 4-6 4-4 Berdych

Ding follows dong follows ding follows dong - five deuces, six deuces, seven - Zverev hanging in there, all floppy hair and gangling limbs, but he'll send that forehand marginally long, and Berdych has levelled it up...

On a lazy, hazy Sunday afternoon, there is a very chilled-out vibe on the Wimbledon slope, which is variously nicknamed Henman Hill or Murray Mound.

The grassed bank is officially called Aorangi Terrace, but why worry about that when you're sipping a cold one and lapping up some serves and volleys on the big screen.

A grounds pass, which allows access to the hill and all courts other than Centre and Court One, cost just £20 each for People's Sunday.

Nick Kyrgios speaking on BBC One: "It was tough heading out there after the delay yesterday. I knew Lopez was going to look to jump on me from the get go.

"I thought the level of tennis was really high. He is not an easy player to play in any circumstances.

"I definitely have the tools to beat Andy Murray. Saying that, he is one of the best in the world and he is probably the favourite now Novak is out

    Isner 7-6 6-3 6-7 2-6 17-19 Tsonga

Stand the stretch-bearers down, turn the emergency soup rations off - Tsonga's wrapped it up before the marathon became an ultra. The fifth longest match in Grand Slam history since the adoption of the 'breaker, that one. No points at all for naming the match on top of the pile.

Jo-Wilfried Tsonga was jumping for the smash in that game. He may well be jumping for joy soon. In the end it was an unforced error that handed Tsonga the chance to serve out for the match.

Having just saved a match point, an adrenaline-fuelled Tsonga thumps away a smash and earns break point... Isner serves it away. But Big Jo gets himself another chance and this time Isner leaks a forehand into the tramlines. The Frenchman will serve for the match, and a late lunch is still possible...

For the most part on this glorious Sunday afternoon, Nick Kyrgios has been imperious. Look out Andy Murray – this man is playing like a dream. Lopez played really well yesterday but part two belonged almost exclusively to the Australian.
