Coming up soon - just before 11:30 BST - we've got two medal chances in the rowing for Great Britain.

First up, it's the final of the men's quadruple sculls. Team GB won silver in that boat back in Tokyo. The women's quad follows just after.

Although it's not quite the scorching heat of yesterday, it's still so muggy.

There's not a breath of wind on the nations' flags across the rowing lake.

Britain's Lottie Fry will have to wait to see if she has qualified for the individual Grand Prix dressage final.

Fry and her horse Glamourdale scored an impressive 78.913 in qualification on Wednesday morning but finished third in their group with only the top two to automatically go through.

But with the sixth next-best scorers also advancing, the individual and special World champion is still in a strong position, but she will have to wait to see what the riders in the other two groups can produce.

Fellow GB rider Carl Hester, who scored 77.345 on Tuesday, is also in a qualification position and will also be waiting on the later riders.

This is interesting from Alex Yee. Maybe the pace is just a little quick and maybe he is just holding back.

Wilde is a tough competitor – I can tell you that.

Wow, what a moment that is!

I was scratching my head a bit wondering why Sam Dickinson was expending so much energy leading the riders through the bike, and then going hard from the start of the run.

But it all makes sense as he eases up before pointing at team-mate Alex Yee and calling on the crowd to get behind the Briton, who has blown this race apart from the start of this final run phase.

Now, it is down to Yee to try and outlast old foe Hayden Wilde in a heavyweight battle for gold. Incredible stuff.

This is absolutely incredible. I think Yee has stamped his authority all over this 10km, but this is his real expertise.

We know what he’s capable of on the run and he’s gone out hard. He means business.

Hannah French's second-half goal is the difference, handing them a much-needed boost and, crucially, lifting them off the bottom of pool B.

This is where the athletes really need to focus and concentrate. Some of the athletes think about removing their feet out of their shoes and start thinking about T2 which is a crucial time in a triathlon.

When you have a big group of athletes heading towards transition, all racking their bikes and removing their shoes and getting running shoes on, it gets a bit messy in there.
