Where it was Luton who looked nervous in the first half it's the hosts that look a bit wobbly after the break.

Adebayo should have equalised just now and it is no surprise that Wayne Rooney is making changes.

Dare we say it, the game is just starting to come to life a bit in this second-half.

Omari Patrick breaks away down the right for Tranmere and hits a shot from the angle across goal from about 18 yards out which is beaten away by Jamie Jones.

The resulting corner comes in and Connor Jennings has a close-range effort blocked at the near-post.

You won't see this in League Two too often.

Haji Mnoga cuts inside and gets to the byline on the right. He goes down under pressure and is claiming for a penalty.

But the referee whips out a yellow card and books him for diving...

Green shoots for the visitors, though, with some better territory in the last 15 minutes.

A better start to the second-half by Salford as Haji Mnoga creates space on the edge of the box and hits a left-footed shot towards goal and it's saved by Luke McGee.

But Tranmere go up the other end and have a shot from distance themselves through Connor Jennings, although it's comfortable for Jamie Jones to gather.

The hosts are just starting to get on the ball again and are knocking it about nicely.

They win a corner and there's a bit of pinball in the box before the referee spots an infringement and it allows Salford to regroup and clear their lines.

It looks like Luton boss Rob Edwards may have to make a change at half-time.

Tahith Chong went down with what seemed to be a head injury right at the end of the half.

He was down for quite some time but has now got up and is walking very gingerly to the changing rooms - which are on the other side of the ground.

I can't see him being ready for the second half, but you never know.

The home fans will be happy at the break, but you would think the travelling Lurton supporters are also buoyed by the end of that half.

Argyle will be could end up regretting some of those excellent missed chances - Mumba and Edwards in particular - should Luton get back into this.

Elijah Adebayo is starting to have the influence that you would expect from a player who scored 10 goals in the Premier League last season and is eager to get off the mark this campaign.

If Luton can get him in the game more he seems a sure-fire goalscorer tonight.

The whistle sounded as Luton's Tahith Chong was down on the edge of the box with an apparent head injury. He slumped down a few seconds after an apparent clash of heads with Joe Edwards.

Medics have been called onto the field as the players head for the dressing room.

Something else for Rob Edwards to worry about at the break.

Chong is up on his feet and walking off under his own steam, as the Home Park faithful give him a rousing ovation. He has a nasty bump on his head, mind.
