    Luton 1-0 Swansea

It's worth a reminder to say that we are running 15 minutes behind at Kenilworth Road after the match was delayed because of a medical emergency in the stands.

With less than 10 minutes of the first half remaining, the lead remains with Luton after Elijah Adebayo pounced to score the opener in the 17th minute.

  2. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Hull 0-1 Blackburn

Blackburn celebrate goalImage source, PA Media

Blackburn lead at the break after Callum Brittain's effort took a big deflection off Sean McLoughlin which went down as an own goal.

But new Hull boss Ruben Selles will have taken heart from what he's seen from his side since going a goal down as the Tigers have been the better side. In fact Blackburn have yet to register a shot on target.

However, they are halfway towards four straight wins while Hull are starring at six defeats in a row.

  3. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:49 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Millwall 0-0 Coventry

And that is half-time - nothing to separate the two sides at The Den.

  4. Postpublished at 15:48 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Millwall 0-0 Coventry

Both sides finishing the half with chances as Jack Rudoni's header for Coventry is tipped over the bar by Lukas Jensen.

Duncan Watmore then gets forward for the Lions before firing over without troubling Bradley Collins in the Sky Blues goal.

  5. HALF-TIMEpublished at 15:47 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Portsmouth 1-0 Bristol City

Colby Bishop puts Portsmouth ahead at the break and lifts his side off the bottom of the league as it stands.

The forward side-footed the ball into the net to score the only goal in the contest so far with Pompey in control throughout most of the first half.

However, with Bristol City starting to build into the game, can they keep a hold of those all important three points?

  6. 'It's been a good 10 minutes or so for Coventry'published at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Millwall 0-0 Coventry

    Richard Shaw
Former Coventry City Defender on BBC Radio CWR Sport

It's been a good 10 minutes or so for Coventry.

They have looked dangerous down the right and have tweaked things with Jack Rudoni playing higher.

  7. Postpublished at 15:45 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Portsmouth 1-0 Bristol City

Bristol City's Anis Mehmeti gets a second chance from Yu Hirakawa's corner but it's another shot sent askew of the target.

  8. Postpublished at 15:44 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    QPR 1-0 Norwich

QPR keeper Paul Nardi is called into action as he turns Ante Crnac's deflected header behind for a corner.

Heading towards the break and the Hoops are preserving their lead from Jimmy Dunne's 22nd-minute opener.

  9. Postpublished at 15:42 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Portsmouth 1-0 Bristol City

Bristol City finally find the target as Anis Mehmeti cuts inside but his low ball is denied by Pompey keeper Nicolas Schmid.

The visitors finding some momentum though...

  10. Postpublished at 15:41 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Millwall 0-0 Coventry

Coventry beginning to threaten and Tatsuhiro Sakamoto gets past Casper De Norre before sending in a cross that Jack Rudoni can't quite finish and Millwall get the ball clear.

    Better from the Sky Blues.

  11. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Portsmouth 1-0 Bristol City

Portsmouth have dropped the second most points from a winning position in the Championship and after an impressive start, they have finally let the visitors have sights at goal.

Given that Bristol City have earned the second most points in the league from a losing position, it's no surprise.

Max Bird tries to rattle one in from a distance but fails to register the Robins' first effort on target.

  12. Postpublished at 15:39 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Luton 1-0 Swansea

Swansea waste no time in their search for a response.

Josh Tymon is the latest to be foiled by Luton goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski.

  13. Postpublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    QPR 1-0 Norwich

Big let-off for QPR as Norwich miss a great chance to equalise.

Jack Stacey finds Ben Slimane in the box as the visitors get the ball forward but the midfielder puts the ball over the crossbar from six yards out.

If the Canaries can keep getting into areas like that then then QPR surely won't be able to keep them out for long.

  14. Postpublished at 15:37 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Hull 0-1 Blackburn

Some excellent defending from Blackburn's Owen Beck who makes the block to deny Abu Kamara's goal-bound effort.

Kasey Palmer then tries one from distance but Aynsley Pears is equal to it.

Hull have been the better side since going a goal down as Rovers have yet to register a shot on target BUT it is they who have the all important lead.

  15. Postpublished at 15:34 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Millwall 0-0 Coventry

Not a huge amount to report from The Den so far, both teams really cancelling each other out in the opening half an hour.

Coventry have had decent spells with the ball but without really creating anything of note.

This Millwall side has been so defensively resolute in recent weeks, Frank Lampard's team will need to come up with something a lot more creative than they have so far to find their way through.

  16. goal

GOAL: Luton 1-0 Swanseapublished at 15:33 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Elijah Adebayo (17 mins)

    Luton are gifted the lead!

Elijah Adebayo chases what looks like a lost cause when a long ball is played over the top.

As Swansea's defence tries to mop up with a pass back to goalkeeper Lawrence Vigouroux, the ball lacks power and Adebayo pounces to slot home from a tight angle.

It's a howler of a goal to concede.

  17. Postpublished at 15:31 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Luton 0-0 Swansea

Just as I wrote that there is little going on at Kenilworth Road, there was another chance for Swansea.

This time it's Harry Darling who tests Thomas Kaminski with a flicked hear from a Matt Grimes cross.

  18. Postpublished at 15:30 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Portsmouth 1-0 Bristol City

Bristol City look to strike back quickly as Yu Hirakawa earns them a corner.

Max Bird takes and it causes a scramble in the penalty box but Pompey manage to quell the danger.

  19. 'The goalkeepers have not been tested'published at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Millwall 0-0 Coventry

    Richard Shaw
Former Coventry City Defender on BBC Radio CWR Sport

We have not seen any clear-cut chances so far, the goalkeepers have not been tested.

Coventry have looked good in possession and all in all a good start.

  20. Postpublished at 15:29 Greenwich Mean Time 7 December 2024

    Hull 0-1 Blackburn

It's been a good response since going a goal down from Hull as Ashley Pears produces a double save from Ryan Longman and then Abu Kamara with the follow up.
