    Bristol City 1-0 Ipswich

Bristol City turn defence into attack with a swift break.

Adam Randell finds Scott Twine whose pass gives Neto Borges a chance which he hits wide.

That was very good from the home side apart from the finish.

  2. 'He will know his team should be behind'published at 20:27 BST

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Stoke

    Mark Drury
    BBC Tees commentator

I think Mark Robins will be happier to see the score at half time than Rob Edwards will.

He will know his team should be behind, we should have had the penalty.

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Stoke

Pretty stuff from Boro as the ball is spread right for Tommy Conway, whose low cut-back into the box beats everyone, on both sides.

The ball is recycled into the middle and laid off to Sverre Nypan who leans back and sends his first-time effort well over the bar from 15 yards out to the groans of the home fans.

  4. Postpublished at 20:26 BST

    Blackburn 1-0 Swansea

Cameron Burgess is up for a free-kick and wins his header in the middle.

The Australian might feel he should have scored when he sees the replay. His header was only millimetres from levelling things up.

  5. YELLOW CARDSpublished at 20:23 BST

    Sheff Utd 1-0 Southampton

Two of them to be exact.

Ben Mee throws himself into, shall we say, a meaty challenge on Finn Azaz.

Southampton think that should be a red card but referee Adam Herczeg is happy it's just a foul and nothing more.

Southampton's Ryan Manning gives his opinion and is cautioned and Tyrese Campbell joins him on the naughty step.

  6. goal

GOAL: Birmingham 1-1 Sheff Wedpublished at 20:22 BST

    Jamal Lowe (37 mins)

    Now then...

Back in the side and Jamal Lowe is on the scoresheet, against the run of play, it must be said.

Blues concede the ball cheaply in midfield and Lowe is sprung through the middle to hold off Eiran Cashin, who conceded possession in the first place and then rifle a low shot to the left of Ryan Allsop, who gets a touch but can't prevent the ball finding the net for Lowe's second of the season.

That 28-game unbeaten home run isn't under threat, is it?

  7. CLOSE!published at 20:21 BST

    Birmingham 1-0 Sheff Wed

Blues in search of a second and Eiran Cashin rises highest at the far post to meet a dangerous Tommy Doyle corner, only for his header to hit the side netting.

    Jordan James (36 mins)

Total liquid football from the Foxes.

The one-two between Jordan James and Patson Daka opens up the heart of Wrexham, before the Welshman coolly slots into the bottom corner.

This is the first time Leicester have led since 29 August!

  9. Postpublished at 20:21 BST

    Sheff Utd 1-0 Southampton

A chance for a leveller for Southampton.

Tom Fellows sends in a lovely cross and Michael Cooper does really well to keep out Ross Stewart's header.

That's the best moment of the game for the visitors.

  10. Postpublished at 20:20 BST

    Leicester 0-0 Wrexham

Jeremy Monga is only 16, but he doesn't lack for confidence. Plenty of stepovers before blazing over.

His left-sided team-mate Luke Thomas has had a tough battle with Issa Kabore, and it is advantage to the Wrexham man as Thomas is booked for dragging him back.

  11. Postpublished at 20:19 BST

    Bristol City 1-0 Ipswich

Ivan Azon is having en eventful first start for Ipswich.

He needs attention after a clash of heads but once he's ready to resume he sends a shot wide of goal.

Ipswich trying to get back into this.

  12. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:17 BST

    Middlesbrough 0-0 Stoke

    Good spell from Stoke, this.

Matt Targett concedes a free-kick on the right of the area after bringing down the marauding Mo Lawal, but Sorba Thomas' deep delivery is well defended by Boro.

Straight down the other end go the hosts and Tommy Conway is adjudged to have dived in the box under contact from Ben Pearson and is promptly booked, much to the ire of the home fans. Seen 'em given category, that.

Conway's hands are on his head.

  13. 'That's a warning sign'published at 20:15 BST

    Sheffield United 1-0 Southampton

    Jo Tessem
Ex-Southampton midfielder on BBC Radio Solent

First Ross Stewert missed a simple pass, they managed to block it, we dealt with the long throw in.

It's straight up to Hamer he plays it to Campbell, he parks Quarshie like he's a cone and McCarthy can't do anything about that.

That's a warning sign, you can't give it away that easily.

    Tyrese Campbell (28 mins)

    Where has that come from?

A moment of magic from Tyrese Campbell to nab his second goal of the season and nose the home side in front.

Campbell collects the ball on the apex of the 18-yard area, drifts past Joshua Quarshie and from a narrow angle finds the far corner of Alex McCarthy's net.

    That's livened things up.

  15. Postpublished at 20:13 BST

    Hull City 0-2 Preston

It took nearly 20 minutes for the Tigers to mount an attack of any kind but they have had a good few minutes, winning a corner, which Kasey Palmer could only curl into the first man, before Ryan Giles whipped in a dangerous cross which the stingy North End defence managed to scramble away.

  16. goal

GOAL: Blackburn 1-0 Swanseapublished at 20:13 BST

    Todd Cantwell (28 mins)

A rare headed goal for Todd Cantwell.

Ryan Alebiosu's cross from the right takes a nick to bounce up for Cantwell, and the midfielder heads in.

Some big questions over whether the interfering Ryan Hedges was offside, but Joshua Key was back on the line to keep him on.

  17. Postpublished at 20:12 BST

    Derby 0-0 Charlton

A decent start of the visitors with James Bree and Lloyd Jones off target with efforts.

Patrick Agyemang has also missed for Derby.

  18. Postpublished at 20:10 BST

    Leicester 0-0 Wrexham

Wout Faes overruns the ball out of defence and slides into George Dobson. That will be a yellow card for the defender.

  19. YELLOW CARDpublished at 20:09 BST

    Birmingham 1-0 Sheff Wed

Wily old Wednesday defender Liam Palmer has just picked up a booking, for kicking an extra ball onto the field in an attempt to prevent Blues taking a quick throw while he was out of position.

Nice idea, but ref Matt Donohue was having none of it.

  20. Postpublished at 20:09 BST

    Bristol City 1-0 Ipswich

That goal really has got Bristol City going.

Emil Riis gets behind the Ipswich defence and when he's tackled the ball runs to Scott Twine but he shoots wide.
